  Beware. A young stopped by our house stating that AGR is doing roof inspections for the State of Nebraska. He gave false information. Stateing Nebraska requires roof inspections on all roofs over 5 years old. This is not true and this company should be ashamed of themselves for having employees giving false information. I for sure would never hirer them to do a roofing job for me

  ***UPDATE*** Well, unfortunately, we noticed a shoddy job. Recently installed some security cameras and at the right angle, you can see where our wood frame was left exposed. From the ground, the roof looks amazing. Upon closer inspection, can see some pretty serious flaws. Again, Mick and Lindsey were super nice and helped with insurance, but the work on the actual roof is disappointing. Be sure to just do a thorough inspection and check all angles- see updated photos. We had a tree fall on our house, crushing through our bedroom ceiling and damaging our gutters and porch structure. Our insurance company significantly downplayed the damages so I got a few other opinions and ended up going with AGR. Mick and Lindsey were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process! They contacted our insurance adjuster for us and didn't give up until they agreed to cover the full extent of damage. Mick was always there to answer questions, thoroughly explain what was going on, and, truly, went above and beyond for us!

  Not trustworthy. They needed me to open two insurance claims to get my roof replaced. When I stated that I didn't want to pay two deductibles, AGR stated they would cover one of the deductibles. They did not. I have an audio recording of them stating they would cover the deductible as proof. They are claiming that this was because I didn't hire them to replace my windows but they stated they would add a 30% markup to the windows and stated there wasn't enough insurance money to cover it. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this outfit.

  lol would never do business with them. Their construction crew literally ran a red light in 84th and holdrege about a week ago nearly causing a serious deadly incident. They have no respect for human lives, why should they care about homes?

  We filed a home insurance claim back in July due to storm damage, and AGR was sent to our house to do an appraisal and quote the work being done. At that time, we felt confident that the job would be done well thanks to the sales rep that was at our home. We were promised everything we were concerned with would be handled. AGR was terrible with communication, we did not know when the roof would be done or when their contractors would show up. We had people showing up randomly, sometimes not even doing any work, leaving our gate open, and leaving materials all over our yard and driveway. After the roof was completed, there were nails all over our yard and driveway. The roof looked terrible when it was completed, did not look professional at all. And on top of that, our brand new fence gate was damaged and bent by AGR employees and they have not addressed that concern at all. Trying to get ahold of anyone to address our concerns has been the most difficult process ever. It is now 6+ months later, and we have not had some of the work done that was promised by AGR. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great, professional roofing service.

  This was the bid I received for a repair of some damaged siding. I guess there was more damage than the photo’s showed. Fine. This house is for sale in a probate. I asked Zach if I could have a breakdown of Labor and materials. He said , nope he would not do that. I replied this contains nothing on cost breakdown. He replied, “this is the bid”. Again, I requested a breakdown of labor and materials so I’m in compliance with showing the probate court, I’ve done my due diligence. His last reply “you don’t go into Burger King and ask how much the bun costs in the price, do you”. I said well, if it’s an $11,400 hamburger I would. Now, this post most likely will not change ones view. I caution you, if you want to work with this group make sure you get a professional bid , which should include a breakdown of what you are paying for. The bid I got later today from a separate company provided a breakdown. PS Zach, your customer service skills need some polishing.

  Very misleading. Guys come out and tell you that they will handle of the cost. And sell you a dream!!! Worst experience!!! Then they want to threaten to put a lean on a home when the lies they told catch up to them!!! They charged my neighbor who’s roof is smaller then mine over 25k. My roof was 16k. And the other neighbor more than that!!! Very crooked and lie so that they can run around and take from people in todays economy!!! Ruthless and sickening. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

  My roof never leaked until they put a complete new roof and now it leaks . They refuse to fix blaming it on something else. Plus asked for more money after the job was done and then said if I give them a 5 star review that I would not owe more for the roof. Poor business practice. I have now received a call and visit from the president and have gotten a apologized for this and will take care of the problem. Thank you Ryan I hope this was not just talk . I will follow up with this review.

  Patrick stopped over and helped inspect my house after heavy storms. He was honest about the current condition of my roof and cleaned my gutters from all of the leaves. I will definitely be using them if storms damage my house in the future.

  After White Castle said there was no damage to our roof, Greg asked if he could look. He took pictures of extensive damage. Nationwide sent their adjuster who verified that the roof was a total loss. Greg and the adjuster agreed did an inferior job when they replaced the roof several years ago. The roof material was not up to code. AGR and Greg did an excellent job, brought the roof up to code and completed in one day. Thank you!
