  Our roof was replaced less than 5 years ago. It has already lost shingles and started leaking. A local roofer came out and said that the roof was not installed correctly. Shingles only have 2 nails in them and are overlapping, which has caused them to also not seal and be easily lifted. We have within a month, already had more shingles lifting. McCoy came out and admitted things weren't done correctly, especially in our valley. However, their solution is to seal lose shingles. When our entire roof won't last more than a few years. They don't respond and have been absolutely terrible. Apparently they don't stand behind their work. & Their warranty is garbage. Our local roofer said they'd never heard of anything that low and they offer 10 years. I have pictures to prove it and will post if I can figure it out.

  We will never work with McCoy again. From the very beginning we had problems. From lack of communication to failure to provide the documentation to the insurance company, to the service advisor originally assigned to the account lying about tile availability. Then when we asked to talk to a senior manager or the company leadership about the issues we were ignored and sent to a new advisor. Once they did finally get their act together, it was almost December and too late to repair the roof. It wasn't until late April that they contacted us by email and advised that they were coming to repair the roof. By that time it was almost 10 months since the date of claim. The issue was not with our insurance company but with McCoy stating their lawyers needed to be involved in order to process the claim with our insurance company. While or roof was finally repaired, they went after our insurance company for more money that their incompetent initial advisor didn't bill. We will never do business with them again.

  Replacing neighbor’s roof…. Trash is everywhere in our yard. Literally everywhere!!! Blowing across the property two to three property over also. The guy in charge took my neighbor around his house through our property to look at the roof. Laughing at all the mess on our side! Incredibly disrespectful!! This is insane!! Wildlife is running from the debris flying passed them. Oh and the roofers like to hoot and holler at my wife when she went out there each time! Ya not to thrilled with this company!! So if you have neighbors in a 10 acre radius. Maybe choose someone else!!! They have no respect!!

  I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't like to be negative but I keep getting texts to leave a review so here we are. I had my roof replaced and the first wind storm ripped off a few shingles and the repair was to nail through the top of the shingles and seal the nail heads with silicone. The first time it rained heavily the water shot right off the roof, missing the corners of the gutters because the roofers left too much metal exposed on the flashing in the valleys. The fix was to install gutter diffusers in the corners, it works but the wind still traps leaves under the shingles in the fall. Not much to say other than that.

  the man who was the lead of the crew did not notify me when he showed up. Plus he had to come a second day and no notification. Bad marketing and inconsiderate of the customer

  Had to follow up twice with their project manager on a quote. Never did get one. According to the PM, he was at the mercy of his framer, who was unresponsive to his messages. I'm somewhat happy the relationship ended there, since I don't believe my project would have been managed effectively.

  We completed a whole house window replacement with Provia Windows through McCoy Roofing. Completed in two days, including all new interior trim work & casings. Everyone from our salesman, Braden Sellon, foreman, Jeromy, to the installation crew headed by Patrick & Dylan, were very professional & made the entire experience positive & personal. We would highly recommend McCoy! We are very happy with the quality of the triple pane Provia Windows. Huge update to the appearance of our house!

  I contacted Tyler Wrinkle with McCoy roofing to check out a potential leak in my roof. He came out the next day, climbed up on the roof and sealed up what he believed was the link is less 30 minutes. Was friendly, smart, and hard working. Thanks, Tyler!

  They came to our home and were able to show us what our house would look like with different color schemes and siding types. Unfortunately it is not within our budget right now but they were not pushy and we now have a better idea of what’s needed to get the house sided the way we want. Highly recommend and will call when we can afford it.

  McCoy Roofing did a fantastic job installing 3 doors for us. Gabe was great to work with and had excellent communication throughout the whole process.   Had Chad Wilson with McCoy roofing inspect my roof and he informed me, the roof ridge vent had collapsed and there was several weak spots in the roof. He provided a very competitive bid for the repairs and upgraded the roof vents. I am very pleased with the work and I do highly recommend them.
