  We went through insurance. After the initial quote my insurance company paid them. They then ghosted me for about 3 weeks until I reached out to see when they would fix my roof. When they did the repair, I had to 'remind' them to replace the square of OSB that they quoted & were paid for. Had we said nothing, it didn't look like they were going to do it. They were supposed to do the gutters with the roof. They got done a couple days later after I called and said that they forgot to do them. Generally I was pretty unimpressed, but the people were nice, and they did actually do decent work all said and done.

  Terrible drivers. Just witnessed at 12pm August 11th by Valley Ne one of their drivers in a white crew cab Ford F150 wrapped with Royalty roofing all over the truck - completely run a stop sign onto a major highway pulling out in front of a truck.

  We had perfectly good storm windows before the worked on our house. Idk why they even touched our windows. Either way the storm windows they didn’t touch that were damaged are still as they were 5 years ago. The storm windows they replaced are falling apart. The copper gutters they installed are misaligned, dump water and joints have failed within just a few years. And it took two years to even get our roof installed. The attached pic shows two windows they worked on with trim all curling off. All the copper joints on the gutters in the picture dump water.

  Came out for an estimate quick enough. Said I'd hear back in the next week on the estimate itself. That was 8 weeks ago. Multiple phone messages have gone ignored. Stopping by the office got me nowhere

  Our roof is now seven years old and I have to say, I would not use Royal Roofing again. We purchased the top-of-the-line, fifty year shingles. When it was first installed, we had a significant leak which the operations manager tried to say was due to poor caulking around flashing and not their issue. We disagreed about the responsibility and they caulked that peak. Since then, we have had numerous leaks which have required additional caulking of air vents and flashing. Most recently, we discovered another on a side of the house which historically wasn’t an issue. If you want a leak-free roof, I recommend using a different roofing company.

  Poor and I mean poor front desk assistance or following the direction of the owner. Listen to people not directly involved . Went to another roofing company for the 3 other jobs . Better service better work.

  Great experience with the estimate and project planning for a siding replacement. The crew did a fantastic job and the new siding looks great. The only thing knocking off a star or a half is the cleanup after the crew was done. It took almost a week to get the dumpster removed from the driveway and almost 3 weeks to get the extra materials removed from the driveway. Would recommend, but hopefully the coordination on the post-job cleanup improves.

  Jeremy with Royalty Roofing is fantastic. He ordered a skylight replacement for us but it was wrong size. The day he reordered it rained heavy so he found one in Lincoln, NE, picked it up and had it installed by 9:00 that night. They are there to help you any way they can and their workers are all very friendly and know what they are doing. Great job and will always use them for roofing, siding and window needs,.

  Angel is absolutely great! They are so kind and attentive to everything I needed. They were extremely timely and had great communication throughout the whole process. He was patient with all the questions I had (which were a lot). Definitely recommend!!

  The entire staff at Royalty Roofing were great to work with. They made an otherwise difficult experience so easy. After they inspected the damage to our roof and gutter from the wind and hail storm in June they quickly provided an estimate and worked with our insurance company every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of roofing work done.

  Luke Thomsen was wonderful to work with. Sincere professionalism from the start with a free inspection of my roof. He did find some hail damage and walked through what the steps would be for a claim. He handled the claim process through insurance... Who has time for that! Glad he could do it for me. Once it was approved the workers for the roof were efficient and professional. Luke even made sure of quality control. My roof looks great! My premium also didn't go up as I feared it would since hail damage is out of my control! Huge plus!

  We had a great experience with Royalty Roofing when we made the big decision to finally replace our wood shake shingle roof before we listed our home for sale. From the initial conversation & quote with Cooper, to the onsite consultation with Nick P, they both helped guide us on the types of shingles that would best meet our budget & HOA requirements. The whole team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They were able to quickly get our roof replacement scheduled & completed as agreed. Cooper stayed in constant contact with us to inform us of schedules & answer any questions. Nick & Cooper were onsite both days to monitor the crew, insure project progress and even helped with the site clean-up. We highly recommend Royalty Roofing & Siding.
