  Extremely unreasonable rates/quotes - I had some ice damning last year (March 2023) on my roof. Whalley came out to look at the roof and quoted me $3,000 to complete the work. He seemed quite convincing that it would be a lot of work and that it would take 3 or 4 men the better part of the day. There was some urgency because the damning was causing leaking in the house. Later that day, Central Roofing Calgary Ltd. came to the house and completed the job with one person in under two hours and charged only $354.00. The insurance company inspector came out following the job and confirmed that the job was done well removing all of ice that had built up. The facts are the facts and I would not trust this company.

  I’m very disappointed in Whalley’s roofing. They replaced a roof at the end of my block, and left literally hundreds of nails in the alley after they were done. I asked the homeowner for the name of the roofing company, and I called and spoke with Whalley, who was very nice and apologetic, and assured me that his son would clean the alley the next day. Four days later, the alley was still full of nails. I ended up cleaning most of them up, but had I not, the entire neighbourhood would have flat tires. If they roof as poorly as they clean up, you’d be replacing all your drywall after the whole thing leaked everywhere.

  I highly recommend Whalley. They replaced my mother's entire roof in just one day without cutting any corners. The team arrived right on time, worked hard all day, and left my mom's property spotless. The communication with Darlene was excellent from start to finish, and the pricing was very fair. You won't find a faster or more professional roofing company.

  We used Whalley’s for a roof repair and even after the expiration of the warranty they came and repaired an additional issue at no cost. we are very pleased with the service and recommend them highly.

  I needed a repair to address a leaking furnace/water heater stack leak, which which originated from the roof. I wanted the best in the roofing industry to protect my home. It was a no brainer for me to select Whalley's four season roofing as I used their expertise in the past. Matthew and Ty showed up and walked me through the repair process and the type of materials to be used, then promptly addressed the leak. The entire team at Whalley's are professional and experienced craftsmen.As well very friendly and approachable. Don't hesitate to make them your first call to protect your home or business.

  A nice family owned business. Great quality work. They replaced my garage roof about 5 years ago and it still looks great. Great communication and they were able to replace my house roof quickly when it was leaking. Affordable quote, nice workers, completed the roof all in one day. Would recommend!
