  I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my dealings with Cowboys Roofing were disappointing. Throughout the process, I was working with my insurance company & payment would be done through insurance. As there were a few hiccups during the process that I requested clarification on, prior to payment, communication became even more scarce than before. Once the project was completed, however, debris was left, property was damaged & rain fall was now leaking inside house as gutters were not done adequately, I attempted to contact Cowboys on various occasions to rectify a solution and they could not be reached. Finally when payment wasn’t received hurriedly, I received many calls & emails from the owner, Tom - even accusations of stealing gutters and threats of coming to remove the work that was finished. Instead of addressing concerns in a professional manner I was ignored & brushed aside. Once payment was received, his demeanour shifted THEN he communicated workers have already came to repair the gutters & that there would be a ‘credit’ granted for damages.. I was not contacted by anyone RE gutters post completion & payment was already completed through insurance so how could a credit be applied afterwards? I found it important to express this to the company - on several occasions, when Tom could be reached, he always said he would call back but, alas, never did. - & I was again ignored. Once I finally got a hold of Tom, he alluded to intentionally ignoring my calls & again accused me of unfairly treating his employees… The work itself was left unfinished, and there were inconsistencies between what was advertised and what was actually delivered. Overall, the lack of professionalism, accountability & disrespect towards customers & their satisfaction left me very dissatisfied. I truly hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they treat their customers.

  Hello! We can not locate anyone in our system with this name. Would assume that this is the first review from the account and give the name this is a fake review. If the work to your home is incomplete or not done correctly why would you pay for it? Furthermore, why would your insurance company release said funds without a certificate of completion signed off by their insured verifying they're happy with the work. Given our hundreds of positive reviews. I would recommend anyone reading this to do your due diligence and look at how unsupportive these claims are. Superwoman if there's an issue please call our office 844-991-7663 and get it sorted out this is now how we do business, whomever you are it's quite ridiculous to post something like this on a family run businesses page. We believe in honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and value.

  Unfortunately, I am displeased with my experience dealing with Tom and this company. From the outset, I made it clear to the salesperson that the most important factor for me was having the job started before I traveled abroad. Despite agreeing to both a contract and a timeline, the official schedule I later received was delayed beyond what had originally been discussed. When I called to ask if the timeline could be adjusted, I was told, “we can just cancel the job, I have a lot of other jobs.” This was a highly unprofessional response to give a client, particularly for a project of this scale and cost ($50K). Additionally, during the quoting phase, I was given estimates in the afternoon (around 2–3pm) and told they were only valid for that same day. This created unnecessary pressure to make a rushed decision. A project of this size deserves transparency, professionalism, and empathy—qualities that, unfortunately, were noticeably lacking throughout my interaction with this company. I am glad the contract was canceled.

  Very disappointed with their service. Contacted Cowboys Roofing using their website contact form and booked an appointment with them on July 29th requesting a quote. Was given an appointment time of 10 am on Tuesday, August 5th. We received multiple text confirmations and updates confirming the appointment and soliciting additional work. They didn't show up. Called them at 10:50 am to ask if there was an issue. Their staff said our appointment was flagged by the owner and they weren't interested in our job and was told to find another company. Perhaps they were busy, perhaps they thought our job was too small or something, but they absolutely should have contacted us instead ahead of the appointment time instead of having us book time off to sit and wait for no one.

  Hi Claudia, Unsure as to why the review was left here. I responded to your husbands concerns stating that we would change out the fascia with the oil canning in 2-3 weeks when time allows! This was immediately sent after he advised that the oil canning did not go away once it cooled off. Arturo should possibly check his spam folder as it may have gone in there. I let him know this on May 29, 2025. We have also been extremely responsive to your requests going above and beyond the scope of work initially contracted for without charge. **Editing my response here as agian, your claims are unjust** Yes, there were missed items that we came back and addressed for you, there were also additional items such as siding repairs to the front door of your home which we replaced for you at no charge, no one is perfect but one thing we do, do is stand behind our work without question, I replied to Arturo and if he didn't get a response, he should follow up as agian I've been extremely response to all of your requests and inquiries rather than leave a negative review will false information, do also keep in mind that all of my trades require sign offs on their work, which you did sign off on when they were finished, you weren't happy with something we fixed it, also regarding cheap labour, this is not a fact all of our trades are highly skilled and very good at what they do, thus why we provide an unmatched warranty and have hundreds of positive reviews** **Update as of 6/7/25 @ 3PM MST** As communicated via email to your husband, we have completed the fascia replacement to resolve the issue with oil canning. ** Please give me a call at the office anytime from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to discuss. 844-991-7663 x 201 You can also email me as well or text me as you do have my direct contact information.   Contacted cowboys for a quote. When I received the quote from a rep named Nathan, I agreed to the work and asked to book the job..never heard back. Sent follow up emails and even contacted the websites contact email, still never heard back.

  I scheduled an appointment in advance, only to receive a text informing me that it had been canceled. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company—you’re better off finding a more reliable one.

  Hi Emuersiri, unfortunately you had booked an appointment at a time of absolutely chaos for us after the August 2024 Hail storm in Calgary (2nd largest natural disaster in Canadian History) as a small business we were overwhelmed and we had to turn people away as we do not believe in sacficing quality over quantity. It is truly unfortunate that you feel the need to leave a negative review over the fact that we informed you days prior to your appointment that we were unable to assist you.   I was seeking a second opinion regarding the hail damage quote we received from the preferred company through our insurance. Cowboys requested a copy of the quote from the insurance company (which I found odd), piggy-backed off their estimate, and wanted to proceed with the work immediately. When I inquired about their proposed quote (to which I never did see them come to our home), the response was unprofessional and suggestive that their quote would be identical to the original. They implied that if I were seeking something different, they may not be able to assist me. Waste of our time a company that was just a disappointment to deal with. They say they are here to help, and explain your quotes, however I don't see how they stand by these words. I would recommend considering an alternative company if you are dealing with the hail repairs.

  Needed a new roof and gave Cowboys a call. They responded promptly, provided a quick estimate and then took the time to explain their pricing, what was included and the timeframe for the work to be done. Am very pleased with the service and the quality of the work done. Highly recommend Tom and his team.

  Very pleased with our experience with Cowboys Roofing. From the online quote, scheduling in person consultation, signing the contract, product delivery and installation - the experience was courteous & professional. A special shout out to Ali and his crew! While there was a delay to our start time it was very reasonable and we were always able to reach our coordinator to get updates. Was also very much appreciated that there was zero down on signing, with the full bill due on satisfactory completion of the work. We have not hesitation in recommending Cowboys Roofing based on our experience.

  I had multiple quotes for a roof replacement and ultimately chose Cowboys. Overall I am quite pleased with their service from start to finish - their representatives were courteous, pleasant, and timely with communication. I was away at the time of my roof installation however the crew sent text messages alerting me that they were beginning / ending their day. The crew also took their time to do the job correctly - 2.5 days, which is unheard of in the world of "slap it up and move on" to the next job. Clean-up was done with care and attention - I've been through my front and back yard multiple times and have yet to find a lose nail - only one small shingle that was in a bush. Pricing was fair and payment was easily handled and warranty information was provided in a timely manner. I would easily recommend Cowboys for anyone looking for a roof replacement.

  Highly recommended! Matt and the guys were great, so respectful and friendly, they even carried my bike out of the garage to make sure I didn't run over any debris and cleaned 3 of the very difficult to get at windows. They went out of their way to do a great job.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you very much to the team for the smooth and efficient process. I was happy with the price and all of the communication along the way. The installation was amazingly quick and efficient thank you to Keven and the crew. They were thoughtful, pleasant and took great care to lay out tarps to ensure all of the debris , nails etc. landed on them leaving no sign at all of anything once the job was complete. The job was done within a single day and there was no disruption to us whatsoever. I am happy with the workmanship and the roof looks great. I would definitely highly recommend Cowboys if you are in need of a roof replacement.
