  This company is horrible. I won’t list all the issues we had with them but the major problems were that they did not reconnect to coils for the bathroom fans in the ceiling. Therefore when winter came around, my attic got filled with humidity caused major damages. Now we have to pay someone to come repair and connect the coil to vent out through the roof. Also there is a large dip on the roof that never got properly covered and now freezes up every year. Plus the shingles are low quality. Even after 8 years there’s small particles of shingles that fall all over our deck and outside furniture. We are still having to continuously clean particles from shingles before going on our deck. I would never recommend this company. I have no clue how they have a 4.5 star rating when they can do a simple job. They just take your money and run.

  I do not recommend this company. They replaced our roof in 2022 and it was done poorly. They originally stuck the wrong colour shingles on the lower part of our roof and we had to tell them it was incorrect. They left roofing nails all over …

  Worst company to get work done ever. First off they came to give me a quote the guy was a young kid didn't really know what he was doing. At the end he told me the price, I agreed and payed the deposit and told me they would start in 2 weeks. 2 months go by with not a single word from them, then finally after I kept complaining a truck showed up with the materials and put all the roofing shingles etc... on my roof where they sat there for another 4 Months without any word from them, I tried calling them and they kept saying no-one was available to talk to me. Finally I get to the point where I want to cancel and get my deposit back and told them to take the roofing materials off my roof. Only then did they finally send people out to do the work. While they were doing the work they ruined my front yard with their bin and they were throwing materials everywhere they broke my neighbours Lights on his deck. After they left there were roofing nails all over my back yard and my back window was smashed. They denied it was them that smashed the window. At that point I was done with dealing with them and just left it at that. then a few months later we had a really hard rain and there was a leak I called them to come have a look at the leak and fix it. They came had a look took a bunch of photos and told me that the leak is coming from the flashing around my chimney and they only did the shingles and that I should of told them if I wanted to replace that but no-one told me that it needed to be replaced (How am I supposed to know if it needs to be replaced if they don't tell me) I asked them to send me the photos and it has been 2 weeks and still no photos have been sent to me even though the manager said she was going to send them over right away. I had another guy go up there to have a look and he said it just needed some caulking which took him 15 mins to do and now leak is gone. So instead of them taking 15 mins to do some caulking they wanted to argue with me and refused

The visit you’re describing is a free aerial inspection, where we look for blow-offs or any signs of obvious workmanship or material defects. This is a critical and fundamental part of our mandate to provide the best customer service and quality that we can offer, and this service is free for our clients. To your point of the report and not answering of phone calls, our office is open and fully staffed all winter Monday to Friday 9-5, there is no time where folks would be calling and not getting responses to requests about a missing inspection reports it is possible it may have been sent to the incorrect email which can be rectified if they call in and speak to an admin staff. Your review here is misleading and deceptive and does not reflect what has actually transpired.

  I really feel the high rating is fake. Tried several times to contact (email, SMS, calls), still no schedule date for the gutter replacement which the contract was signed in April 2025. I really regret to sign the contract with this company. Epic Roofing is way better, at least they respect customer concerns and always prompt to reply. Eventually the gutter was installed in Sep2025, but all corners leak, water dripping and forms ice on the ground...Spending weeks to request to get it fixed....be prepare to spend hundreds to hire another company to get it fix

  I work nights and this company has woken me up 5 times over the last year by knocking on my door and ringing my bell. Incredibly annoying. I've had to start turning off my doorbell when I sleep specifically because of this company. A good roofing company is booked up months and months in advance. They don't go door to door chasing customers. Keep that in mind which you choose a roofing company people.

  We had 6 pieces/areas of siding to be repaired. Taha was a pleasure to work with, detailed quotes were given in a timely manner and work was scheduled quickly. The crew did excellent work, and the repairs exceeded our expectations. Thanks

  Excellent service. I was in a pinch trying to get my siding fixed before our house sold. Brady helped us out and got everything done in time. The quality was excellent. Would definitely use these guys again

  Had roof replaced by advanced level roofing crew, job was professional done, and just as importantly the cleanup was thoroughly done with very few nails left behind by the contractor. I liked the inspection report as it has included pictures so I would not have to go on my roof myself, this is a nice touch. Thank you for your expertise in replacing the damaged and aging roof.

  Pretty upset right now as ALR came and completed our roof and siding after a hail storm in 2024. During the roof replacement the vents in the roof had been moved. We received a report with pictures from the outside of the roof from ALR stating the work was completed and we agreed it looked good. Fast forward 1.5 years later and I’m getting a house inspection competed, the inspector was in the attic and found that the roof sheathing as not replaced during the vent move. The roof shingles were placed on top of the hole that was not repaired. Thankfully it does not seem like there is damage in our attic. I have asked ALR to come and take a look at it to have it repaired under warranty. As this has just happened and it’s the weekend, I will update my review as the situation unfolds. UPDATE- the ALR CEO called me on a Sunday, one day after I emailed them. They sent a tech out within 48 hours to fix the issue. Thank you!

  Advanced level roofing to did a great job repairing my damaged siding. The company kept me in formed of the timing of when the work would be done. Then the gents coming to do the work called ahead of time to let us know when they would arrive,once here explained what they would do!,The repairs were done efficiently and well done. Would definitely recommend them !
