  Seeing as you chose to edit your review to reflect a bad experience, I figured we would edit the response. Your review was degraded to a 1 star after the following: A visible stain occurred on the main floor directly below a second-floor window as a result of 2 or 3 days of consistent driving rain. After our first visit to the property, we concluded the window was responsible for the leak after removing a roof vent near the window and seeing clearly that the water was running directly down the wall beneath the window to the main floor. Afterwards, you chose to hire a third party to perform a water test/inspection. You shared the report with us, and they did not clearly outline their approach to the water test (Like systematically introducing water in specific areas), and they clearly misidentified certain flashings of the roof system, which led us to believe their inspection was inconclusive. After multiple site visits by us, including a thorough/systematic water test, it was clearly concluded that gaps around the window/ window trim was responsible for the water ingress and not the roof system below. This is a result that you saw with your own eyes. We (Mike and Brody) performed the water test. Brody thoroughly sprayed the roof system/wall flashings beneath the window for at least 5 minutes without a single drop of water coming through. We then moved to other gaps around the trim directly above the wall flashing, which also did not yield results. The moment we started to spray the window/window trim in its entirety, water ingress immediately began. Mike was inside the home with you, to verify results. We recorded a video of this entire process to ensure these results were not challenged, unlike the third-party investigator who did not provide video evidence.   Nice guys to deal with but impossible to get to do the job. I have been following up for weeks. They were too busy to get back to me. I paid a few thousand to fix a leak but they insisted it was a condesation issue. Next storm it leaked again. Still trying to book in a service. I would look elsewhere and save the headache.

  WC , this has been a long standing and industry wide issue for along time . I have taken steps to lead the industry in the right direction by ordering a portable toilet with every job site . We are now truly the only residential company in the city that orders portable toilettes . I do not recall making any demands and I’m happy to chat anytime , call 587-227-0517

  After a thorough investigation we found that this was mainly a google issue, they’ve made a separate ap that I didn’t have installed, after installing it that is when I texted you 2 days later after your initial request, I did not get a response back due to the google number not forwarding your message to me.   We chose No Payne to replace our roof, attic insulation and eavestroughs. One of the main reasons we chose them was that we wanted one company to handle everything rather than having to deal with multiple contractors and potential for finger pointing if there were issues. Also, they were the ONLY company that actually did an attic inspection before providing a quotation to replace our roof which was definitely a differentiator from the other companies that we looked at. Overall, we were happy with the work. The roof and insulation were done well and Nolan and his crew were good to deal with. The eavestroughs was subcontracted and required some outside coordination, but the guys that came to do it were nice and did a terrific job. That said, the project wasn't perfect and we ran into a few hurdles, but Brody handled things professionally when I brought my concerns to him. He listened to what I had to say, was reasonable and made the effort to make things right which is what matters most. Although it may not have been the perfect experience, Brody addressed all of our concerns and issues, and in the end, we're super happy with the finished product and the effort and willingness to make things right is reflective of their rating. The roof looks incredible and we would absolutely have no problems recommending No Payne Roofing to others. Thank you Brody and Team!

  Mike and his team did a fantastic job replacing my roof and gutters last summer. Mike was quick to answer my questions and provide me the information I needed to make an informed choice about my roof. When I had a problem with ice damming early this spring he did not hesitate to come by and take a look. He arranged for one of his crew to stop by once everything had cleared and added some extra venting and inspect it further to help ensure it doesn't happen again. I highly recommend No Payne Roofing. 8 years later and Da and his crew came to inspect my roof and reseal any problem areas that they could find. They were friendly and courteous, found a few things that needed fixing, made the repairs. All work was documented and Da made sure that I understood what was needed. Still really impressed with everyone at No Payne.

  I initially hired No Payne for a roof replacement 4 years ago. With the recent high winds, which subsequently caused some flashing to lift (no fault of No Payne), they came back when contacted again and completed a thorough inspection and provided supporting pictures with any issues and potential issues and recommended maintenance. I have called them twice for service in the last 4 years and they have always met and exceeded my expectations in a company with their follow up and communications. Da was our technician this time, and he did not fail to meet the precedence set prior.

  We had a roof leak that turned into a full replacement. Before we knew that we called several contractors to come by and assess the situation. Mike was the only one that utilized technology, consultative process, and a positive approach to informing us about our options. He gave us good, better, best and made the process very simple. We needed up going with guaranteed for life shingles, and his crew did a fantastic job with the install. In a world where most contractors phone it in, Mike goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed and comfortable with buying process. So just call Him already!!!!

  They replaced the shingles on my place in 2022. This weekend in the heavy rain I had a small leak, I contacted these guys on a Sunday afternoon and they came out quickly. Assessed the issue, made the repair and explained the situation. All was done professionally, they provided me with excellent service.

  We’ve had NoPayne in a couple of times and have dealt with Brody, Nolan, and Bo. On this occasion, like the others, the team was very easy to work with and provided clear detail and updates on the work being done. A very good experience overall. As indicated in a last review, Brody was thorough in his evaluation and recommendations and spent the time to explain what needed to be done. Nolan undertook some of the work wrt installing new ceiling fans, with the bulk of the work completed by Bo who consistently kept us informed of his activity and timelines to complete. Bo was excellent in communicating the work being undertaken and patiently answered all questions asked. His approach was very professional and he was a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with the job from start to finish. NoPayne is highly recommended particularly due to their commitment to getting the job done and doing it well.
