Customer service is very rude in the front customers opinion look like it doesn't matter and he tried to tell you what they want you to have very poor service

A man came out admitted the job will be easy. A week later still waiting on a quote in my attempt to call I'm given different numbers, no one knows what's going on or who I'm supposed to speak to. Unprofessional. If the job is too small they could have said so, so I could've called someone else. Don't hire these people if you need a job done in order to sell a house. You'll just wait, and wait, and then get no where

Westbank Roofing did a great job. Listened to what we needed; developed a plan and an estimate that met our needs and budget, in fact was much less than we thought the cost would be; and completed a complex job in record time, days earlier than we expected. Cleaned up the site, -couldn't tell they had been here other than the new roof on the house. Followed through - quickly provided the information and documentation we needed for the insurance company. Cant' recommend them enough

Westbank Roofing was effective, efficient, and professional. They went above and beyond on fixing things and cleaning up. I love the classic look the Onyx Owens Corning shingles gave to the house.
