  Though they did an excellent job on the roof repair, they had to remove my gutters and stated that i need to set up a new appointment to have them put back on. I would have been fine with this but over the course of a 2 months I called several times and never got a response to have the issue addressed. Told several time thay I would have someone reach out but never did. And generally felt like I was being ignored. Also still finding nails in my yard Update: i was contacted the day that I put this review up and was told they would address the issues. They sent a crew out to come and re. Sweep the yard for the leftover nails within a few days. But I've still yet to address the issue of the back of my house still missing the repairs. They made an appointment and completely didn't show up. And after contacting them again several times I have still been given the runaround and not have my issues addressed appropriately. This is now 6-4-2026

  Needs to be a ZERO rating. This company is a joke…… been dealing with them for 2 months and have already paid half for our roof. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Getting all the excuses and run arounds regarding when we will actually get our new roof. They can’t even get the materials they need.

  Do NOT Use THIS COMPANY! There are so many other awesome roofing companies out there, that charge much less, and won’t treat you like a criminal! First of all, I want to start off by saying, the work they did was beautiful. The people are very polite, so I can’t put any shade on that. However, upon shopping for a roofer. I came across Garcia’s roofing. They seem like a pretty reputable company me. And I have gone through hell and back with the insurance company ever since hurricane Ida . I am still to this day, fighting with the insurance company. But I digress. They put the roof on, and I can’t tell you how beautiful it looks. Perfect job. The reason I’m giving such a low review has nothing to do with the work, but everything to do with what happened afterwards. The contract I signed was the agreement that it would come to $12,700. However, After I put a little better than half down. And they had finished the work. They came up with me owing over $8000. I wondered now where did that math come from? Seems that they charged me for extra plywood at an exorbitant price by the way, that I didn’t authorize or have prior knowledge to them doing.. And then they even charged me for materials that they didn’t use. Which I have pictures of Sitting right there on my lawn. I haven’t gotten the rest of the money from my insurance company yet, to finish paying them off. I told them that we would make a couple of payments for the next couple of months. Of a couple of few hundred dollars biweekly then,II would just use my whole entire tax Check to pay them ,off no problem. Even though I’m not happy about the extra charge that I didn’t authorize. Still no problem. My credits, less than perfect, but I’m working on building it up as we speak. I tried going through financing with their third-party companies. But because I’m still working on building up my credit, I was denied. No problem. However, they refuse to work with me. Instead.. they acted like I was trying to beat them out

The signed Retail Agreement specifies that we would inspect all decking surfaces for damage and reflects your purchase of the IKO Standard Limited Lifetime Warranty. During our inspection, the roof decking was found to be non-compliant with IKO’s warranty standards and the International Residential Code (IRC). To ensure compliance and proper installation, 15 sheets of plywood were ordered. This work and the purchase of materials were essential to meet code requirements, qualify for the warranty, and complete the agreed-upon Scope of Work, all of which were authorized in the signed contract. Per the terms of the signed agreement, decking replacement was charged at $110 per sheet, totaling $1,650. The agreement also outlines that all work required to meet warranty standards is the customer’s responsibility, regardless of insurance approval. Payment for the completed work was due in full upon receipt of the invoice, as agreed. While we understand the financial challenges you’ve faced due to delays with your insurance company and other personal circumstances, it is our policy to follow the terms of our agreements to maintain fairness and consistency across all customer interactions. It was never our intention to make you feel devalued or unappreciated. However, we also must protect the integrity of our work and ensure all balances are resolved in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Once payment is received, we will promptly ensure the lien is removed from your property. We apologize for your experience with one of our team members and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will use this as an opportunity for training.   I called this company 2 weeks ago on June 19, 2024. They told me i needed a new roof. That was fine with me. But i also needed an emergency repair done before waiting on getting the roof done. They gave me the run around! I had to call multiple time. Waisted time that i could have use sourcing other roofers out waiting on them just to tell me. They can’t come out until they get an emergency payment that they never sent the link to me. I thought about paying it. But they couldn’t even give me a for sure date to repair it. They told me anytime in the next 24-48hrs. Terrible company to work with. Happy i didn’t pay anything.

  Every aspect of our experience with Garcia Roofing has been top notch. Everything went like clockwork. I mean everything! Mr. Darrell Walker a Professional Roof Expert was the first person we met when he came to our home soon after my husband called Garcia Roofing. He spent time examining our roof and listening to all of our concerns about our roof and answering all of our questions. At our request he came out a second time and spent more time with us. We were so impressed with Mr. Darrell; and his expertise we decided to have Garcia Roofing install our new roof and so very glad we did! From that day on everything was so organized. Mr. Frank was our contact person with Garcia. He would either call us or text message us with the detailed needed information such as to when the material and dumpster would be delivered, so we could move our vehicles out of the way. Our roofing project was scheduled to be installed on a Monday morning. Brian, one of the project managers came to our home on the Friday before. He came to take photos of the exterior of our home, our flower beds and any other items near our home that would need extra protection with tarps or that would need to be removed so that when the crew came on Monday they would be prepared to move or cover them. Brian was so very personable and knowledgeable about roofing and explained to us all that would take place. Frank called us soon after Brian left on that same day to tell us when to expect the dumpster to be delivered. Manuel delivered the dumpster Sunday evening because he did not trust the traffic on Monday morning as he was driving in from out of town. So, Monday April 14 our beautiful new Owens Corning Driftwood roof was installed. The crew came early and went straight to work covering our plants and shrubs as promised, removing our old roof making needed repairs working diligently all day.   Arrived on time , very professional, and the job was supervised by the manager the entire day , that my roof was being installed . They did a beautiful job , and the price was reasonable compared to a couple of other quotes that obtained .I would highly recommend Garcia Roofing Company .

  The project managers brian and angel were amazing. They kept us in formed of each step. Cody t. Was an awesome salesman, was easy to work with. Fabolia was great and worked with getting this roof replaced in a timely manner..... and well the crew of roofers were just amazing!!!! Very respectful, made sure to pick up after themselves and I can't say enough good things about them!!!! If you want an AMAZING roofing experience GARCIA is your company to go with, hands down!!!   We had a great experience with Garcia. Their price was very competitive and the work was excellent. Their foreman, Derrek, was wonderful and very easy to deal with. Also they cleaned up very well. Highly recommend!
