  ***Updated Response*** No, it was not explicitly stated BEFORE work started that any vehicles would need to be moved. Moreover, when it had actually been mentioned, while your employee worked (and arrived late, I might add) on one of the buildings with cars adjacent, vehicles were moved immediately. Again, I took the time to confirm whether other vehicles needed to be moved, and was told no. It should also be mentioned that you (owner) had not only been absent to oversee the work being done, but you were not present for in- person communication, prior to you collecting payment. I also find it odd you failed to acknowledge that I was readily available via text and email, to answer any questions, and also returned any time- sensitive inquiries, immediately upon receipt. I also work 18 hours a day, and maintain four jobs which would've delayed responses to minor inquiries-all of which you knew upon being hired for the job. Fortunately, I have a very communicative, professional, reasonably priced, and present company I now do business with, for my buildings. I hope your lack of transparency, and lackluster practices improve. ********************************************* Original Post: Hired this company after the snowstorm this year, and an agreed upon cost, for multiple-building roofing repairs (with the outcome satisfactory), only to be arbitrarily charged an additional fee for vehicles I had been explicitly told would not be an obstruction, after asking one of the workers, beforehand. To make matters worse, they attempted to start new work, without an explicit agreement in place for the cost. Because of these tactics, it has costed them thousands of dollars in ongoing work on the property.

  Artemis, we understand how frustrating it must have been to be thrust in to the position of managing the construction and repairs for your home owners association (HOA), especially when the previous person let it become in such dis-repair. It is a challenging job to deal with multiple trades / companies at the same time. But, in the beginning of this project, we clearly communicated that all the cars / vehicles would have to be moved away from the buildings so we did not damage them with falling debris & that we would be able to gain access with our ladders . Unfortunately, these cars were never moved. Additionally, throughout the project, you were not available through phone calls, texts or emails, because you stated that you sometimes sleep during the daytime hours. This made it difficult to meet the demands of the project. We hope that you can find a contractor that can work around the vehicles without damaging them, and that they are more open to different styles of communication. Best Regards

  called for a quote and help but just got turned off by the dont care careless and lackadaisical conversation i had with the person i spoke with. thanks but no thanks

  We had a great experience with Anything and Everything Roofing. Mark picked up when I called and came out the same day to look at our gutters. He gave us a reasonable quote for cleaning the gutters and replacing downspouts, and his crew did an excellent job. Thanks Mark!

  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anything and Everything Roofing. Mark met with me two years ago when I was starting to think that it was time for a new roof. After conducting an inspection, he told me that the roof was good for another two years with just a few small repairs (which they performed). He could have told me that I needed to go ahead with a new roof back then, and I would have believed it. I respected the honesty and knew who I would call when it was time. Fast forward to two years later, and Mark and his crew just installed my new roof on time, with great communication, and at a reasonable price. They showed when they said they would, and they left the work site clear and free of debris. Outstanding all the way around.

  Anything & Everything Roofing did a great job replacing missing and damaged shingles and repairing a soffit opening on my home.
