  A no show. A rep came out to provide an inspection, but has not followed up with a call or anything. It's been over 2 weeks. So they are not interested in doing the repairs.

  Beyond the continuous delays in scheduling the work, I have had to have them come out time and time again to make repairs. They cannot seem to do the job correctly the first time. This extends far beyond the workers though. After all of the work was finally completed, I received and paid the bill. Shortly thereafter, I have received a second bill with no explanation. I do not recommend.

  I scheduled an appointment with this company to come by and evaluate a leak. After scheduling the appointment they called back and said they would provide a “complementary”tarp, but it would be $500 or I could use it towards any repairs …

  Cristian C. with Roof Squad was honest from the start. He wasn’t pushy like many salespeople can be, and he stayed responsive throughout the entire process. He and his crew completed our roof in a single day, then returned the next day to make sure we were fully satisfied and that every question or concern had been addressed. Our roof and chimney had been leaking, and with all the rain lately, getting everything repaired has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. The new roof and chimney repair have made such a difference. I highly recommend working with Cristian—he has a relaxed, easygoing attitude while still being extremely knowledgeable in his field. I can’t thank Cristian and Roof Squad enough. If you need a new roof please reach out, you won’t regret it! ☺️

  Garroway took care of us and was available during the whole process. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up wonderfully. Every question we asked, he answered. Highly recommend... Let them help you out!

  Carlos and his team are absolutely amazing! Everything Carlos said him and his team would do, was done and on time. You cannot go wrong with Carlos and roof squad. By the end you will be uttering the same words I never thought would come out of my mouth “that is a beautiful roof!”

  Carlos was so friendly and professional. After my initial meeting with him I was confident that the Roof Squad was going to deliver all the services that were quoted to me. It was hassle free from the moment the work started until it’s completion. The crew working at my home were extremely hardworking. I would definitely highly recommend the Roof Squad for roof replacement.

  Work and materials seem to be high quality. I can’t give 5 stars because the roof is new and has not been tested. Time will be the final arbiter.

  Checked around with a bunch of different companies, Roof Squad offered the best warranty the best materials and an overall wonderful experience. It was a pleasure working with these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof work with these people. They are good people they will work with you and help you every way that they can Nothing but very positive feedback for them. Positive feedback to the whole crew cleaned everything up made everything look better than when they got there very satisfied.
