Update 2024: they never made the gutters right, and the slope of my flat roof.. to boot, when the house flooded from having the roof open and not protected from rain, they tried to dry the flooded areas, sadly all the floors have failed since the rain flooded my room while they were working on it. We have tried for years to get them to make it right, and they just keep blowing us off. And never showing up when they say they will. Despite having a good a warranty on paper, they do not stand behind it and getting anything fixed correctly is impossible. ——- Redid my pitched roof and both of my flat roofs. Tim was understanding, professional and on time. His crews where friendly, professional and respectful. Materials and workmanship both excellent. Great warrenty. Answered several questions and was happy to keep us informed and edjucated in the whole process. I'm a tradesman as well, so I'm pretty picky on the technicalities. Fully liscensed, bonded, insured. Issued a estimate on-site and in writing. Job was completed within budget as well! I will update my review in a year after the build has settled.

They earned a star by at least showing up multiple times to try to fix their poor workmanship on a new roof. Unfortunately, their roof is still leaking. I finally called a new company for a 2nd opinion, and they pointed out many instances of poor workmanship and corner-cutting and recommended another full roof replacement.

I called Shifflett with an active roof leak during some bad weather. We worked up a plan and they were on site within days and completed a full roof replacement including a detached garage in one day, with some minor painting done on a …

Beware! Gave me an estimate for a replacement roof and told me 7/10 days. After that time frame had come and gone, I called to find out the status and they tell me it would cost twice as much! Which is 2x more than any of the other estimates I got from other companies. Complete waste of time as they were already way behind schedule. Will be looking for a new, trustworthy roofing company who does not take advantage of people during a devasting hurricane.

I had multiple roof leaks with my 21 year old roof and was contemplating repairs vs. replacement. I contacted multiple roofing companies as my funds were limited and there would be no home owners insurance assistance. Shifflett Roofing representatives Beau & Niko (great guys) met with me and inspected my roof and leaks and discussed my options and costs. They were very reasonable, professional and honest. (No pressure sales tactics). They worked with me and my situation and I wound up replacing my roof with a fortified roof using top grade materials. The roof replacement was completed in 2 days & the job clean up was perfect (no trash, nails, etc. left behind). I received my Fortified Roof Certificate and Insurance Class 3 signed Certificate the day after the roof was completed so I can submit for homeowners insurance discounts. They were very responsive to all my questions and returned all my calls pretty much immediately. I believe they will continue to support me if needed in the future. I highly recommend this company and especially Beau & Niko! They were a pleasure to work with.

We have a slate roof, and it's really a pain when it needs work. We've had a number of different roofers work on it over the years...everyone says they can work on slate, but that's rarely true. Seeing a couple slipped tiles before storm …

In April of this year we got a fortified roof installed from Shifflett Roofing in Slidell. We had five companies bid the project. From the moment we met Beau Adams, we wanted Shifflett to do our roof. Hoping their price would be competitive, and it was. Beau may be young but he does not lack knowledge on his product or his company. The project went well and they did an excellent job. With all the rain in May and June and a tornado coming through Eden Isles this past Friday. The roof performed beautifully. We lost some siding and have a call into Beau for that. I highly recommend Shifflett Roofing.

I was in the process of selling my home, and my home inspection indicated that I had a couple of issues, I was notified on Sunday afternoon the day before Memorial Day and I call shifflett roofing who transferred me to Vincent, he was the best, was very professional and new his trade very well and gave me peace of mind of dealing with these issues on my roof and I had to get the issues handled within 72 hrs. To my surprise he came out on the same day on a Sunday the day before Memorial Day and was fishing with his family told me that he would come out around 7:30 pm that evening arrived on time and inspected the roof and confidently stated that he dealt with a lot of home inspections and would get me and estimate on the same evening and do the work on within 48hrs so I would abide by my 72hr period. This was the best service ever and Vincent is the one to call at shifflett roofing if you want a great job with the best customer service and great pricing. Vincent is an asset to Shifflett roofing and very personable made my whole process easy. He handles everything. Definitely a 5 star rating !!!!!!!!

The Team over at Shifflet was great especially Beau; he was the only person that sat down and explained the process. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof.

Vinney and his crew did an amazing job! The roof is beautiful. They installed whirly birds on our house and my parents house as well that do a great job of cooling our attack. The whirly birds are also fun to watch. The new roof took them only one day to do. They did an excellent job. Super professional!
