  Technician who inspected my roof is NOT HONEST! And the estimate he give me is $5000 higher than the 3 other roof company i get a quote for my roof. Telling me the wood is rotten in my roof and its really bad and it needs to be replace etc. When 3 other roof company telling me the wood is okay all i need is a new roof. I get it its a busness but dont rip off people. Technician dont even bother to put tarp in my roof to temporarily stop the leak when he is already in the roof, he wants me to pay him $500 to put the tarp when his already inspecting it and it takes 10 min to put the tarp he is charging me $500. If thats how you treat your customer why would I give my busness to you & your company?! The technician wants me to approve the full roof replacement the same day he is inspecting it when the tech know its going to take minimum of a week before they can do a full roof replacement anyway. And he dont bother to put the tarp to stop the leak inside my house, all his pushing is the full roof replacement. In my mind you dont even want to put a tarp in the part of my roof that is leaking why would i give my busness to you? Why you charging me $500 for tarping my roof if your going to replace my roof anyway?! Doesnt make sense and your charging me $17,000 for full roof replacement when others roof company is only $11-12 k for full roof replacement. Im trying to make it make sense how and where the technician get his estimate? I am doing this review so they cant scam other people specially the elderly. Now i have a new roof with a reputable roof company and the price is not even close to $17,000 coz i dont need to replace any rotten wood in my roof coz there is NO rotten wood the roof company i use to replace my roof inspected it again after they remove all the shingle they dont find rotten wood thats funny coz i would pay extra for them to fix it. But they dont want that extra $$$ i guess they just want to fix whats broken.

  Had a leak from the roof from last Monday July 12. Called and they came out during the rain to inspect. Impressive. I was told I would get a email with the estimate, never got. When I called in and ask for the email I was told oh it went to spam. Instead of resending I was told its in the mail. Friday the 17 I called back and was faxed estimate. I signed and sent back adapt. No call or anything. Mind you we lost 5 days getting the roof repaired. Sunday it rained again and had the leak again. I called and said when are you coming out . I got maybe Tuesday Wednesday. Totally unacceptable!

  Werling roofing put up new gutters, then a year later put in new windows for us. Both experiences were great. They were professional and knowledgeable, and got the work done faster than I expected.

  I have to say i cannot find one complaint. Great to work with and the men who came out did a great job they did not waste time and had the job done in a timely fashion. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. Great job and would highly recommend them.
