  We hired this company to replace rotting fascia and install new gutters. The main reason we called them was because of the damaged fascia, and we clearly showed them everything that needed to be repaired when they came out for the estimate. Instead of replacing the rotting fascia, they installed new gutters over the existing damaged wood. After we questioned it, we were told that fascia replacement was “not included” in the quote. Then the person in charge of the job said it would cost an additional $8,000 to replace everything that should have been addressed from the beginning. The quality of the work they did complete was also poor. Some of the items that were replaced were not done properly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. What was most disappointing was that when they did agree to fix certain items we had already pointed out, they acted like they were doing us a favor. We were upfront from the start about what needed to be replaced, so this should have been handled properly from day one. Very disappointing experience. Please be careful and make sure everything is clearly spelled out in writing before hiring this company.

  Not verry bone dry.(leaking completely around the chimney). Dont know who they brought out to do such poor work. Its probably been leaking all winter but i didnt see it till the recent down pour of rain. Oh, i know the same people who had to come back before because they cant seal around sunlights either. And its going to be week of straight rain with rain pouring in every day they cant show up. 0/10.

  Updating my review after 5 years 5 year review they promise is free but they have terrible response to the findings from the visit. I have emailed them multiple times with no follow ups.

  Tech never came to door. Only knew his arrival from hearing him on roof. Never came to door to tell us he was done. Only knew it by no longer hearing him on roof. Was on site about two hours. Charged $1,200 . Little in materials required so over $500 an hour.

  Don't waste your time contacting them if you have a flat roof - which I'm sure a large majority of the older homes in this city do.. I spent a week going back and forth via text message with a rep of theirs to find out the residential team cannot do flat roofs. First off why does it take a week of back and forth to get something scheduled? Anyways I said Ok, and asked the rep to get me in contact with their commercial team who does work on flat roofs. He says someone will reach out. They did not. Ghosted me for a week. I took it upon myself to call the residential team back, to hopefully get forwarded over to commercial division. This works, but at no point did a get an apology from anyone for them absolutely dropping the ball on reaching out to me. I am now 2 weeks into contacting them with no sight of getting on a schedule. Guy tells me it'll be like 3 weeks. I say yes because at this point I've invested a ton of time here. This morning, a whole 1 business day from when they should be coming, they reach out to ask to push back the estimate/inspection even further. I just told them to cancel as I've already gotten multiple other quotes within this 5 week time frame. This was just ridiculous to me and I wanted someone to see these frustrations. A flat roof is not a cheap home project. I was trying to spend likely well over 10 grand with these people and got jerked around and had my time wasted. This whole thing was crazy to me. Would not recommend.

  Bone Dry Roofing did a complete roof replacement on our home. We would not use them again. We would not recommend them to family or friends.

  Way over priced for 1 piece of siding, $718. Plus, they charged around $40 for using a credit Card. Not going to use their roofing company in the future.

  Bone Dry was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process. They blew in new insulation and are addressing a couple of attic vents. All the work was well documented with before and after pictures and so far has been done to our expectations. This is my second time working with them and I highly recommend working with Bone Dry for your roof and attic.

  Hi Bone Dry Roofing team, I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent work you have done on my roof. After another well-known roofing company did a poor job around my windows that caused major leaks, I asked you to assess my entire roof. My first experience with Bone Dry was amazing. The team took a video of all the issues and clearly explained what needed to be corrected. You replaced all the rotted wood with a long-lasting composite, painted the trim, replaced the chimney cover, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I used your services again this week to replace a few tiles around my gutter that came loose due to weather last winter, and once again, the job was done perfectly.   I am not a person to trust anybody easily, everybody has a pitch and the see thru line is hidden under all the talk! I interviewed 5 roofing companies, before Bone dry, and nothing led me to feel like I could choose any of those 5 for various reasons. ME struggling with ME needing more transparency and a sense of trust.. But I am a researcher, at heart, so on youtube I found an old timer roofer to glean some ROOFING TRUTH from…and I held to his instructions. Most of those 5 companies of course were not up front with my request from the old time roofer. None of them had a smiling Attitude to provide customer trust, So I took it that they were not selling transparency. Unlike Bone dry in all the categories they proved to be more than I can express in words. Actually to my shock I found that they already provided two of those things in their folder, I didn’t even have to ask. They have thought of everything that includes their highest concern for their company and that’s the customer all the way!! At the start, the gentlemen that came to my home representing Bone Dry he couldn’t have been a better, more knowledgeable representative! He was Beyond pleasant- no undertones just plain courteous all the way. He got up on the roof and took a video to show the condition of the roof. He showed me and explained. I loved that I could ALSO SEE and verify for myself!!! Yeah!! He said there will be a manager on site the whole day, I will get pictures during the day of the progress as it goes along. so again I get to see, total transparency! He said the next day there is a production manager that will stop by and go on the roof to inspect the job. I will have to say for sure my prayers were answered bc I felt like I was never going to find the trust and transparency I needed to make such a huge decision like this! I want to scream it so loud, please if you are in need of a roof at least give them a call and have them come out and give you an estimate. All the best out there!!

  The dry bone with company was excellent. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof. They kept me updated. They showed me pictures throughout the process. They communicated well.   We had a small issue with a seal on our roof from a vent. The issue was a small leak. Bone dry was able to assess the issue and fix it within a week. They took video and gave a detailed explanation of the work that was needed. Very satisified!

  The crew showed up on time, super respectful. They worked hard to put insulation in, worked on the baffles, and connected the bathroom vents using insulated hose to the roof along with ice and water shield. Great work. I have a partial chimney rebuild booked with them too and possibly will do some gutter job. Great company, as I am a three time repeat customer.

  We had Bone Dry replace some bad roof sheathing and install a new roof and gutters on the house. Their work was exactly as promised. They were prompt, careful, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. I am very happy with the result.

  We had squirrels getting in under a roof ridge vent. Bone dry suggested replacing inferior vent with better quality. The guys showed up on time and completed the job quickly. They even texted me pictures of before and after job. Looks great and we will see how it keeps squirrels out of roof.
