  A representative came out for an inspection and gave a rough estimate for some siding that blew off during a storm earlier this year, but no one ever followed up with me. I guess to them it wasn’t worth it since it wasn’t very much to repair. Very disappointing experience. Thankfully I found another company who got the job done.

  Much better options out there - go somewhere else that treats you with respect. Don't come here for anything. Luke is incredibly rude and is not open to conversation and feedback at all.

  I've called and left message and texted them to come back out and help us. After weeks of dealing with our insurance we had an answer and talked to Jordan & Joe with no response back to help us. Our insurance company had nothing to do with your communication. You are only worried about your company and your reputation. You did not help the situation at all when you called. Didn't offer a plan on how to move forward. Once my insurance company said no to the full roof replacement they stop call communication. Please beware of this company. They will not help you at all.

Edit: After some research and finding your file is under what I believe to be your husband’s name we were able to speak. Apologies were given and hopefully received for not returning your phone call in a timely manner. Although it is inconsistent with our communication since the beginning of your claim being filed back in July. I understand your frustration in not getting what we both feel you deserve. Unfortunately we do not control your insurance carrier’s timelines or delay tactics. It can be extremely frustrating dealing with this specific carrier and I believe we were very upfront with that in the beginning as the entire industry is aware as well. Hopefully the new contractor you have chosen is experienced enough to get you the rest of the way. We at Rhino Exteriors only wish you and your husband the best!

  I called this company to let them know i needed a specific area of my siding repaired where someone cut a hole for a pipe. They said on the phone they absolutely do small area repairs and it wouldn't be a problem. I planned my day around them coming out in the morning, only for him to call me and reschedule due to him running hours behind. Evening rolled around and he still wasn’t there after dark so they rescheduled a second time. Entire day wasted. They came out the next morning to give me a quote, and while they were there i showed them some other areas that may need attention. I expressed that these areas didn’t need to be a part of the quote for the pipe area if it wasn’t possible to fix those spots. These areas were not as urgent to be repaired and could be handled at a later date. The person who came out REFUSED to give us a quote for the small area that was cut into for a pipe, because he said we needed a full replacement due to the last company doing a poor install. While i understand my siding isn’t in perfect shape, i specifically needed that one area quoted for repair and they wouldn’t. I felt like my time was wasted, as they assured me on the phone when i scheduled that they could help. The person who came here was extremely pushy about a full replacement, and kept harassing us to make an insurance claim, when i told him multiple times i was not interested in that. Overall poor experience and whenever i do have the money to fully replace all of my siding, i certainly won’t be calling them.

  Beware the “Opie Pitch” INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: The company co-owner, reminiscent of a grown-up Opie Taylor from Mayberry, stood on my roof with a giant stick of yellow chalk, circling roof damage he spotted after initially providing an estimate for a leaky patio roof. His pitch: contact my insurance company for a new roof and gutters, with only the deductible to pay. His firm handshake, direct eye contact, and inquiry about my church convinced me to trust this folksy co-owner. ISSUES FACED: Despite initial trust, several issues arose: - Oil Stain: A worker’s truck left an oil stain in my driveway, which I had to scrub and treat with cat litter. - Ridge Vent: I slept on my patio until the roofing crew finally installed the ridge vent they initially forgot. - Door Obstruction: My door couldn’t fully open after the new gutters were installed, though I was told it was up to code. - High Attic Temperatures: Attic temperatures averaged 130°F (even after adding the recommended extra insulation), causing indoor temperatures to rise by up to 15°F and producing noxious fumes from the shingles. RESOLUTION ATTEMPTS: I delayed the final payment until two turbine vents were installed and their out-of-town ventilation expert investigated the high attic temperatures. Weeks passed without a verdict. Meanwhile, the BBB suggested I consider not withholding the final payment to avoid legal issues. After writing the check, the expert emailed to say, “we did everything right,” and no further action was recommended. Since then, the company co-owner has “ghosted” me with no response to email or voicemail. CONCLUSION: While the roof looks nice and the gutters were adjusted to allow the door to open fully, the unresolved issue with the sweltering attic and lack of communication have eroded my trust. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly vet the company before proceeding. And beware the “Opie Pitch.”

  Did my roof about a year ago. Recently a piece came off the down spout that had previously been installed for over 80 years and now it’s on the ground. I’m also not understanding why the piece wasn’t simply replaced it was spray painted. I’ve been contacting this company and Justin to come out and fix the repair for over a month now and can’t seem to get anyone out here to fix something so simple. If I called and said I need another roof replacement I bet you’ll would have came asap. I wouldn’t recommend this company, work was ok but they don’t like to come back out and fix repairs obviously. This is the second time I’ve had an issue.

  Terrible siding work. Had a city of Mason inspector for another project see this and was shocked a real business did this. Pictures show not only was this done incorrectly, but extremely sloppy. To prevent further issues I’ll have to replace it all and have it done correctly. Untruthful responses tend to escalate things. Fortunately there are several government agencies that assist with consumer complaints. Best of luck!

  Mr. Suharik, we are sorry to hear that you are now displeased with the work we completed 11 months ago. When we met, options were proposed to you to have 1’x4’s on the outside corners. This is what was recommended to you; however, you chose to have the siding connect at the corners. The choices and colors were reviewed with you and your wife and approved by you. The pictures that you presented in your review do not represent the work we completed. One of your images shows a screw in the siding, this was not done by us. Another picture shows a crack towards the top; this was not present upon completion. This means that at some time in the last 11 months this damage was caused by some outside force. We have several images of the completed project that do not align with the images you posted. We always strive to please our customers as is evident in the other 104 reviews we have. Unfortunately, it is not possible to please everyone, all the time. Based on the James Hardie installation guidelines we have not gone against any installation guidelines or practices.

  I would highly recommend Rhino Exteriors if you are in need of gutter installation. I had a unique installation requirement with the downspouts meeting up with drainage tiles that required some special parts. The installer Mike took one look and said he knew exactly what he needed, but would need to run to the warehouse and get it. He was back in a hour and it all turned out great. They did me right! Gutters and downspouts look great.

  We had great experience working with Rhino Exteriors. They were very patient and understanding of our needs and timeline. They were great to work and made the whole process of working with our insurance to get a new roof quick and smooth. Jeremy went above and beyond to help us with the work that we needed done!

  when Jeremy did a drive by of my house, my initial thought was to send him packing as I normaly do with unexpected visitors. I'm glad I chose to listen as I quickly deduced that Jeremy was a nice guy who knew a lot about the roofing game. He laid out the process for getting us approved for a new roof from start to finish. He gave me a realistic timeframe and he didn't make any promises that weren't delivered upon. Hats off to the install crew as well. They showed up on time and completed the work on my 4,800 sq ft home in one day. Thanks to everyone over at Rhino Roofing!

  Incredible owner. Provided their time in the evening outside of business hours to discuss options and provided insurance advice I wasn’t even aware of as a first time home buyer. Very honest person, would highly recommend and I’m personally keeping them in my contacts for future issues I may have.
