  WANT TO GET GHOSTED? If so, call Frontline. The company got me started on an insurance claim (that they approached me about), then left me without ANY response in the middle of the process — and after they had removed additional shingles to send off for shingle testing. I'm now stuck with wind damage and extra shingles missing from my roof. Switched contractors as I simply got tired of me reaching out to help drive the process that they said they'd handle and them constantly making empty promises (or eventually not responding at all). Avoid being hoodwinked too and use someone else.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Alyssa. She was extremely easy to work with, professional, and always helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how she handled the insurance company for us. She took care of the process and worked with our insurance to get our entire roof replacement covered, which made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. Alyssa was responsive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful for all her hard work and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a new roof!

  Evan is a huge help! We had a couple problems with our roof and back gutter. Evan was prompt, knowledgeable, and very polite. I would highly recommend getting any work done by Evan and Sascha at Frontline!

  From the start when I was getting quotes for my roof several other companies arrived, took photos and left. One sent the photos and I noted a hole in the roof. I called Frontline on the recommendation of a friend. They came out the next day, patched the hole free of charge and then proceeded to provide me with a quote. They tirelessly worked with my insurance company. My husband had insisted on all the decking being updated and they discouraged that saving me money in lieu of just taking our money. Their customer service is above excellent. I highly recommend them!!! They saved us so much that we added gutters and they had them installed two days prior to the promised day!!

  Evan did such a great job going over all the details of what I wanted in the exterior restoration of my home! The crews that showed up to put on my new roof, fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, gutters, and downspouts were very knowledgeable and did excellent work. My house is like new again...I highly recommend this company!

  I had an outstanding experience with Front Line Roofing from start to finish. They recently replaced my roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Denny Miller, our Project Manager, was exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable—not just about roofing itself, but about the entire process, including navigating the insurance claim. He took the time to make sure we understood every step, which made a potentially stressful situation completely manageable. The team was punctual, organized, and efficient. Everyone showed up on time each day, and we were kept informed throughout the project. One of the most impressive parts was receiving up-to-the-minute aerial photos of the work in progress—it gave us full transparency and confidence that everything was being done right. The cleanup afterward was just as impressive as the installation itself. The crew left the property spotless, which really speaks to their attention to detail and pride in their work. As a Veteran, it was also especially meaningful to work with fellow Veterans who clearly bring that same level of discipline, respect, and commitment to their work.
