We can’t thank Bub and his crew enough for everything they’ve done. After we closed on our house, straight-line winds ripped part of our roof off just two days later, and they truly went above and beyond to help us through an unexpected and stressful situation. They were professional, understanding, and did an amazing job on our new roof. We are so grateful and highly recommend Bub and his crew to anyone looking for honest, quality work!

Jamie's crew showed up Friday morning before the heavy snow was to come. They worked all day in freezing weather 25 degrees on roof of my shop building and house install new gutters with rain guards and downspouts. Making sure they are hook up to my cistern. Jamie was here 5 time making sure they had everything to complete the job. They cleaned up and removed all the old stuff and and were very polite and considerate. He will be my go to guy if I have any other work. 07/07/2026 On since I needed to have my roof replace. And again Jamie and his crew came through worked with me with insurance claims because of the wind damage that had happened so on 7th of July they came and replaced the complete roof. The crew keep me informed of what wood need replaced and we're very considerate an polite. This crew was great and cleaned up afterwards to insure nothing was left behind. Will recommend Vital roofing exteriors to all my friends and family. And my Brother in law has Since use them for the new roof and gutters. They are also very happy with Jamie and his crew. Joseph, We really appreciate you sharing this. That was a cold one — 25 degrees is no joke — but we knew the snow was coming and wanted to make sure you were taken care of before it hit. Thank you for mentioning the crew and the cleanup. Working on both the shop and the house — and tying everything into your cistern properly — was important to get right, and I’m glad you felt confident in how it was handled. I also appreciate you noticing the extra check-ins throughout the day. I’d rather swing by a few times and make sure everything’s moving exactly how it should than assume anything. It truly means a lot to hear we’ll be your go-to. Don’t hesitate to reach out anytime you need us. — Jamie
