  I set up a time for them to give me a quote they didn't show , and they didn't even call to give a reason or to reschedule.

  Mr Maxwell. I sincerely apologize. This is my fault. I was doing chemo treatments and forgot to send your information to my son to contact you and follow up about the appointment. Again, I do apologize.

  STAY AWAY. After quoting a job to frame and roof our new home, when we did not give an answer within 10hrs Tim then went back on his offer. We were being nice and told him we would give an answer that day, however he never told us if we didn't his offer was to be removed. Most quotes are good for 30 days..not here! Then after giving him the opportunity to make it right, he refused to listen or even honor it. Very, very unprofessional!

  We strive for superior customer service. In this case it was not possible. We could not met the demands made by Mr Blackmore. He demanded the work to be done at a certain price. And I quote his words “ and not a penny more” we were excited and was looking forward to performing the work that we had been discussing with the Blackmore for several months. It certainly was not 10 hours. We had been in Contact for a few months via emails and phone calls. After calculating the numbers it would’ve been impossible to make a profit. We can not operate a business without a profit. We both as the business and they as the customer decided it was best that they try to work with another contractor. Thanks and have a great day.   Stay Away! Bad service!! Did not do a good job fixing our roof and refuses to come back and finish the job. Not Recommended.
