We had a roof leak during a big storm and contacted the owner. He had his team out the very next day to assess and repair the issue. They quickly identified the problem, explained exactly what was happening and how they planned to fix it, …

I can’t thank Joe & David enough for getting me a new roof. From the start, David was very non pressure and I could tell he was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He made it easy to pull the trigger. Communication from the get go was phenomenal, & they met every promised deadline. The crew was quick and they did a phenomenal job. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. You cannot go wrong with these guys. If I could rate higher I would.

Madewell was my local choice and I would recommend them to others. James was my representative. He was prompt and easy to work with. Nice and clear process. The crew were professional and were highly skilled working on my old home.

James showed up for the estimate in a timely fashion. The quote was accurate. Once I agreed to terms the job expedited quickly. MadeWell showed up when they said they’d show up, did what they said they would do, did it right the first time, and they thanked me for my business. All this with a quick turnaround. Simply rare these days.

James Popp was the first person I contacted about shingles being on my lawn. He came out within a couple days and helped me make a claim with my insurance. Insurance did not want to cover, but James knew how to explain how Ohio is a same shingle state and that a new roof was needed. They even went back to the adjustor to get more money! He and his team helped remove our double layered roof and installed the new roof all in one day before winter! They added a ridge vent and new skylight with a built-in shade. You can really tell a difference in our upstairs with the better vented attic. It was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend working with James and Madewell!
