Do not recommend this company. They left my roof incomplete, leaking water. Refused to call back or reply. Had to hire another roofer. Will not refund any money or reply to emails phone calls. Will be filing lawsuit against company. Jessica is extremely rude and will not return any phone calls. But has the time to respond to this post ! Extremely rude and unprofessional business owner

I had a great experience with Fortress Roofing! Doug was amazing to work with! He was very attentive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and has an incredible understanding of the insurance claims process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and manageable. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Fortress Roofing to anyone needing roofing services!

Overall they did a great job! At first I was very skeptical that they could get my insurance to help pay for repairs and they were able to do so. All i had to pay was my deductible. I highly reccomend working with them if you need to have your roof replaced.

I had 2 roofs replaced through seperate insurance claims. Doug Dischar at Fortress Solutions handled everything including temporary repair, meeting the adjuster and walking the roofs with him. Doug kept me in the loop and well informed of the claims process. Everything went smooth, work was done professionally, and the sight left clean after work completed. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Fortress Roofing Solutions provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. Doug, who handled our project, went above and beyond—he was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. One thing that really stood out was the detailed communication. Doug even sent a link with aerial videos showing the progress, which made it easy to see exactly what was being done in real time. That level of transparency gave us a lot of confidence in the work. They also worked directly with our insurance company and handled everything seamlessly, which took a huge amount of stress off our plate. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the customer service was just as impressive. I would highly recommend Fortress Roofing Solutions, and if you can, ask for Doug—he made the whole experience easy and worry-free.

Fortress Solutions helped us during our roof inspection when buying a new house. They provided detailed, and expedient results to tell us what was wrong with our roof. Fortress provided us with a good quote and even came out under the quoted cost. The team arrived shortly after setting up a time and made quick work of our roof. The team came prepared, disciplined and all around squared away. Josh let us select a nice set of tiles from a large selection and did not disappoint on the presentation. I recommend anyone looking for a new roof to give them a call.

Great experience from beginning to end. Reasonable price and the gutter crew went above and beyond to make sure the water was going to flow away from our house. They left my yard clean and communication was excellent.
