  Well known company, but after the sales pitch/estimate we did not hire. The sales guy was pushy and wanted us to sign day of the estimate. The cost was almost double what we paid for another reputable company in our area. I would recommend getting multiple opinions on your roof repair or installation.

  Way too expensive. I paid $3,200 for 3 hours of work on a roof repair. I was totally taken advantage of. I would not recommend them unless you want to pay double.

  PROPERTY OWNERS & INVESTORS BEWARE - DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME I recently had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Victor Home Solutions. I contacted them for a free roofing estimate on my property in Toledo, Ohio, clearly stating I was an out-of-state investor, which they assured me was not an issue. After coordinating multiple times with their representatives—including Jeremiah—I scheduled an inspection, and explicitly arranged for my tenant to be present. After a week of repeated communication, rescheduling due to their vehicle breakdown, and assurances that this arrangement was acceptable, I was blindsided by a surprise $299 fee because the inspector discovered the person present was a tenant and not the homeowner. Their team never disclosed this fee upfront or during our multiple conversations. Instead, they wasted my time by repeatedly confirming that everything was in order, only to change the rules after the fact. Their customer service offered no reasonable resolution or even a basic rough estimate. As an investor, clear communication and reliability are crucial. Victor Home Solutions demonstrated neither. I highly recommend avoiding them unless you want to deal with hidden fees, inconsistent communication, and wasted time. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

  I don’t know who’s coming up with these guys prices but they were wayyyyy over other companies. They quoted me $1,800 to run a 40’ piece of gutter on my garage. That’s just absolutely ridiculous. Called a different company and they did it 2 days later for $250 and it looks perfect again. Definitely call around before you go with this place.

  Adrian Cook came within hours of me calling for an emergency roofing leak that was entering into my sons bedroom. He was on time, friendly, thorough, and very easy to talk to. He explained everything he found with pictures and videos. I never felt pressured or rushed. He helped me understand what was necessary, safe, optional, and available. He was able to get me financed with a good rate and options on monthly payments. I hope the crew that is assigned will be just as helpful and thorough.

  Dakota & Ken from Toledo Office came on time as scheduled & find the roof leak location methodically (Dakota sprayed water on the roof in several places while Ken checked from underneath). They eventually found where the water comes in & fixed it. They are very professional & courteous. They did a great job.

  Zack is a pleasant young man with excellent communication skills. His sales pitch had me sign up to have my roof, gutters and chimney replaced at a great price.

  Zach was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was honest and straightforward with regard to what needed to happen with our roofing issues. I really appreciate his efforts, care and will definitely recommend him for anyone I know that has roofing issues.
