  I don’t know how this company has good reviews. Owner keeps replying to bad reviews that they don’t use pressure sales tactics on customers. Ok then why are there multiple people stating that the sales people are super pushy? They definitely train their employees to do business this way so why lie about it? I felt offended in my own home during their 3.5 hour sales pitch. This is a scummy company. They use the word “integrity” for their name so they can easily take advantage of people. It’s a good business strategy. I guess they inflate their prices to help pay for their lame commercials. Better companies are out there that will actually treat people with respect and not just another sale.

  This company is the worst. They feed this line of crap about having integrity blah blah. First they have a salesman come to your house and he goes over this long drawn out spiel about the company and how they are better than the rest and claim to have Christian values and integrity and then they give you this inflated price on their service and try to manipulate till you agree on their price. They say oh if you tell me now if you want to proceed with installation we can knock the price cheaper and then you say I need time to think about this and they ask ohh what’s a fair price you think is good for installation? and then they come down a little cheaper and then if you keep saying I need time to think they will say ok well let me call my manager and see what we can do. So they call the manager and put them on speaker annd it sounds so fake and scripted and then they take a little bit more off the price but it’s way still overpriced. Ya like im going to trust this company when they pull crap like that. Don’t trust this company unless you want to over pay. It’s like renewal by Andersen way of overpriced even for the most basic. Oh and they also want you to have there ugly signs in your yard forever to give another small discount.

  I had cut my grass for 20 years before hiring Integrity last year and somehow I managed to never mangle gutters or downspouts, or hit the siding of my home. I haven’t experienced the better services after the price increase this season. If we could terminate service now, we would. We won’t be returning next season.

  Blinkers are thing that come standard on every vehicles they are not optional so why is it your drivers don't use them

  You're right, and there's no good excuse for it. When our name's on the truck, how we drive is the company — and that includes using a blinker like everyone else should. If you remember roughly where and when you saw it, we'd genuinely like to know so we can address it with the driver. Either way, point taken. We'll do better on the road.

  This isn't the impression we ever want to leave, and we're sorry it felt that way. The longer appointment isn't a setup to pad the job — we inspect the full roof so we're not fixing one thing while missing a problem next to it. But if a simple mesh repair is what you needed, you should've been able to get just that, and it sounds like we lost the plot on a basic job.   They were not interested in getting me prices to repair or place my siding and roof without being able to have a sit down meeting in my home. This is after they came to the house to get measurements. Extremely unprofessional. Dealing with insurance due to wind damage. I cannot make a decision until in know what insurance will do and what costs and options I am facing.

  Very unsatisfied with integrity ..way over priced and the gutters and dounspouts are poorly done..if you notice they pretty much only keep their 5 star reviews and that's only to save face ..I won't be referring integrity to anyone..

  Integrity did a great job overall siding our home. Megan, our project manager, was excellent to work with and promptly had our concerns/errors corrected. Being involved personally is essential along with communicating with your project manager.

  Jeff was fantastic, being sure to ask what I prioritized in my siding options and providing a wide variety of options that met both my needs for the home as well as my financial needs. Can't wait to see the final product, but they've been great to work with this far.

  We were referred to Integrity by an employee who had great things to say about the products and the company. It was a no-brainer to ask for the consult & we were very pleased with his presentation. Very knowledgeable but all made sense. Took time to explain and gather all the right pics too so he could show us what our roof needed.
