  The project was to replace the siding on the front face of my home, and it did not go well! To start with, I received several competitive quotes on this work before I awarded the contract to Roofing Done Rite. I chose Roofing Done Rite because they had the earliest completion date and this was very important to me as was discussed from the outset. As it went, they missed the completion date by 21 WEEKS! There were no weather-related disasters in the area to blame it on. They knew what I wanted and they got me hooked. This delay was something more than just an oversite, it was misrepresentation! There was no way I would have hired them if I had only known they had no intention of keeping their word! They took no responsibility for being past due. It was simply "that's just the way it goes". They offered no reparation for all the delays, inconveniences and inaccuracies I outlined for them. Imagine being 21 WEEKS LATE on a project that was supposed to last 3-5 days. Shameful!

  Daniel as much as I can respect your position I would expect a person of integrity as you claim to be to be a little bit more truthful with your review. I’m not disputing the 21 week timeline. Let’s offer context to that. Three weeks after you signed the agreement, I offered to allow you to get out of the agreement because our timeline was running long due to projects that we were already on. You chose not to do that because you could not get another company out there that could finish the project any sooner than we were going to be able to get there. I called you to make you aware of this and still you chose to stick with us. Your main concern was around the temperature and wanted it to be installed in more of a warmer temperature as opposed to cold because you thought that it would damage the material Which cold weather install does not affect that the way that we do it. After we did the install, you had some manufacturer defects that happened to the material, which took Four weeks for the manufacturer to get a representative out there to assess and then another 2 1/2 weeks for the material to come in once the manufacturer honored the manufacturer defect. After that, we came right out to fix the damaged material only for it to get damaged again. What was ultimately determined was that the window screen that you took out of your windows was causing the siding to warp, which is what created all of this problem to begin with the over extended timeline. You took no responsibility for that situation and you chose to point it at us as if we were the problem the entire time. After we fixed your siding, a third time, then you asked us for a discount on the overall project because of how long the entire thing took even though the project was originally completed eight weeks earlier, but then had to go through all the warranty issues due to something that you caused by removing the window screens which created extreme heat exposure that warped the siding from the r

  Hi Dee, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience but the sales rep made SEVERAL attempts to try and contact you because they were running late from a previous appointment. He never heard back from you, and he ultimately showed up late to the appointment to take care of what you had needed. Had you answered your phone one of the four times that he tried to call you I’m sure you probably would not have left that review but nevertheless, you kind of jumped the gun. I guess when you’re used to dealing with two chuckleheads in a truck to do work on your home that can barely get enough work to purchase the beer for the weekend, I guess I understand why you were so quick to leave a negative review. Contrary to what you’re probably used to dealing with, we are a reputable company and we always give every customer and job as much time needed to make sure that we are serving them the best way possible. We would never dream of rushing our customers or services. I hope you have a better day.

  They tell you that the warranty lasts 5 years and that the treatment could even last longer. It's only been one year and it's already leaked twice. The first time they blamed it on wind said that it doesn't cover leaking and This time they're trying to say that that there was a branch that fell on the roof that caused it . If they're not even going to honor the warranty why spend all that money? If the insurance company determines that it's not from the roof, the BBB will get involved.

  Good product, VERY poor communication. When we started the project, we were told “roughly 2 weeks”. 10 weeks later we still don’t have a complete project. We have been given 4 different dates of completion and those have come and gone….

  Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your review. In response to what you have left, there are a couple of things that I would like to address. When we started your project you were given that timeline that at the time we were operating within. Unfortunately Toledo Experienced a horrible storm from the tornadoes that struck point place and hundreds of homes were left in a very bad place. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service, and when that storm hit, we became overwhelmed by the amount of work that came into our business that was outside our normal work load, causing extreme delays in production. We have not billed you a single dime yet for your ENTIRE PROJECT, including the roof that was already replaced that you claimed was amazing, because we have not replaced the gutters yet. Our gutters are installed by people in-house and because that is the case we only have so much manpower to be able to accommodate a bunch of different things outside of roofs that are replaced. I understand the frustration, I'm wanting to complete your project, but at the moment you currently have functional gutters on your house and the only thing that you're having them changed for is cosmetic differences. There are people in Toledo that we are currently dealing with that have missing roofs, gutters that completely got ripped off of their houses, cars that were destroyed, windows that were blown out of their houses, and they were left in a position where they did not know what to do. These are the types of customers that we have been dealing with over the past several weeks to try and help put their lives back together as quickly as possible. We apologize that we have not been able to replace you're already perfectly functioning gutters any quicker than we originally had said we were going to, but we are working as fast as we can at the moment to make sure everyone received the same quality of service that you have already received on your roof replacement.   We have been trying to get our mudroom roof repaired for years. After several people stopped by to give estimates but never gave an estimate, Roofing Done Rite did a thorough inspection and actually provided an estimate unlike 10+ others. There was no high pressure sales pitch just a "here's what needs to be done and here's the cost". We were given ample time to accept or decline. The job was done and it was "done rite". We have been happy with the finished repair and the follow ups to assure it was to our liking. The job came in on budget.

  Great experience! They had multiple teams of professionals to complete each specific element of our remodel. The roof, siding, window and gutters, all turned out great. we couldn’t be happier with the overall results and the stone wainscoting transformed the look of the house. We would highly recommend.

  A wind storm damaged my roof and Roofing Done Rite came out to inspect the damage and add protection within hours. No other roofing company could come out until the next day. The Roofing Done Rite representative, Justin Brooks was absolutely wonderful. He did the inspection with the insurance adjuster, made sure the roof was protected from further damage, explained all the options for replacement and worked with my insurance company to settle the claim. He kept me informed of every step along the way. My new roof is beautiful and the quality stands out. The wind storm was a worry, but working with Roofing Done Rite's Justin and the installation crew has given me confidence that my new roof will offer the protection I need for many many years.

  Lance, John and the crew at Roofing Done Rite were fantastic through the whole process. Lance is extremely knowledgeable and made the quote easy to understand. Thoroughly explained differences in Owens Corning shingles and Certainteed shingles and their respective warranty coverage. We chose Certainteed shingles. He made shingle selection simple with virtual tools for us to see what the shingles would look like on our house. Materials were delivered to our rooftop by a professional company. John managed our project very well. Great communication throughout the project. When the crew discovered a problem with our roof decking, John and Lance reached out right away with solutions and pricing. The crew continued to work while John brought in the new deck boards. The crew worked fast and as a team. They were courteous and respected our home and neighbors. I.e. no loud music, foul language or extra trash. They protected the house and landscape from debris. The clean up after was fantastic. Everyone pitched in to make sure cleanup was perfect! The whole project was completed in one day which is amazing considering the unexpected removal of the decking on the 2nd story. Thank you to the whole team at Roofing Done Right!   I had a section of soffit that had come loose from heavy winds and I reached out to Lance at Roofing Done Rite and his guys were there the next morning and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Quality work and fast service. Highly recommend!
