  UPDATE We are now in process of hiring a lawyer to sue because front of garage is now leaking and they will not respond!!!DO NOT HIRE!!!! They tore off siding trim piece and tried to charge us 1250.00 to repair it, did not hook up roof fan to on/off switch, damaged corner siding, left chimney flashing hanging out. Owner said he would come help, never showed up. Terrible contractor.

Prior to the start of the project, our team did point out pre-existing damage to the aluminum siding corner and offered to repair them of which you declined. We understand things can look different once the project is complete and we always want to do right by our customers. That is why our Project Manager, Dominik was committed to addressing all your other areas of concern and was transparent about siding corner from the beginning. After your feedback, I personally reached out and committed to inspecting your project and making sure we fixed any damage we caused. Unfortunately, in the rush of business and a busy Monday, I missed that follow-up and I take full responsibility for that. While we stand by the quality of our work, we do regret the miscommunication and the delay in response. Our goal is to never leave a customer feeling unheard. We are more than willing to make things right and have tried to contact you directly. Please give us a call and we can discuss at your earliest convenience.

  Can’t speak on quality of work I’m sure it’s fine but this company has no regard for neighboring houses. These people have blocked and used my driveway on three separate occasions without permission and left debris and nails which punctured my wife’s tire causing us to replace tires. I called the company to let them know my frustration but I guess it’s a hard concept to understand since they continue doing this crap. I’d look for a more respectable company.

We sincerely apologize on your experience with the left over debris and nails that were left which punctured your wife's tires. We will 100% reimburse you for the tires if you are able to send over the receipt via email. We also spoke with the entire team and crew in regard to the blocking of driveways.   Salinas came over to address an issue. They told me they would give me quotes and would talk to the team to resolve an issue. They said they would called the next day. It’s been 10 days and I have yet to hear back.

Per our notes and recorded calls, our estimator had informed you that we do not work on slate roofs and recommended you call another contractor to handle the issues presented. We will work internally to ensure that improve communications on our end.

  They will not take accountability if they cut your cable line while re-siding your house, costing you over $1000 in lost wages. They just tell you "my bad". Other than that, the siding looks pretty good. Edit for Clarity - Yes, I cut my PHONE line wires. Had no issue with that. Yes, you guys disconnect my electrical grounding and then sent someone out to reconnect it. No issue there. Where there was an issue, was Saturday you guys came and did something that knocked my internet out, and then I was without internet until Thursday morning, at which point Buckeye had to run all new cable lines from the phone pole to my house because of something you guys did. So again, this company will not take accountability if they cause you to lose internet, and you work from home, thus costing you over $1000 in lost wages.

Regarding the electrical grounding issue, we did take responsibility on our end by sending an electrician to address the problem promptly. During the pre-job walkthrough, we communicated that we do not cut or remove any existing electrical wires. We also witnessed you personally cutting the wires with garden shears, which falls outside the scope of our responsibility. We want to be clear that if this had been an issue directly caused by our team, we would have taken full responsibility and resolved it without hesitation. That said, we’re sorry to hear that your overall experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’re taking your feedback seriously and will continue to look for ways to improve how we communicate and serve our customers.

  $4000 to repair our small sun room roof! No response for several days. ! And not qouting us for just a repair! Sorry NOT recommended!

  Hi Peggy, upon investigation, I see that the estimate was emailed out just over 24 hours from the initial appointment and falls within our 48 hour turnaround time that we stand behind. Material prices are constantly changing and we confirm rates for each and every estimate we send out to ensure customers are not over or under paying and fair accurate estimates are provided. I also reviewed the scope of work necessary to properly repair your roof and unfortunately the extent of work outlined in the proposal must be completed to properly repair your roof and provide you with a labor warranty, so the price is non-negotiable. We do offer financing if you'd like to reconsider our proposal once you've reviewed estimates from other local roofing companies. Feel free to contact me directly if you would like to get a better understanding of the work entailed in our estimate and the reasoning behind it, since our previous attempts to reach you and discuss the project were unsuccessful. - Salinas Roofing

  Salinas added super trashy looking 1x4s adhered with globs of caulk to our 125 year old house and they seem to think that's totally acceptable. These folks are also the worst at communication. Do not hire them if you want your house to look nice.

  Salinas Exteriors came out to put a new Roof on our House and Garage. They were great to work with all the way from the initial quote to getting the work done. The People that came to do the work are respectful , Hard working they also kept my yard clean and free of nails

  Salinas did a great job with the work that was asked of them, the process was streamlined and convenient. I was impressed with the communication my contact there was Justin Strole who treated our job like a priority from start to finish.   We had our siding and some gutters replaced. The work done was exceptional. We noticed some things missed and called to have it finished. The representative got someone out right away to finish the work.

  I had 3 doors installed from Salinas, I already had the doors and they gave me a great price to install them. Salinas is such a wonderful company!! The employees are all very nice and kind. David was who installed my doors, he was efficient, on time, hard working and so very nice. Alot of experience!! Brenda is a gem. She was great to work with when making my bill. Salinas 5 stars all the way around. Highly recommend
