  Scheduled an estimate for a full roof replacement. I scheduled a month in advance and they didn’t even show up. They even sent me email reminders but still didn’t show. Tells me how much they care about their customers. They lost my business on a big job. I’ll stick with small companies from now on.

  When online appointments come into the office, we reach out to confirm before scheduling one of our Project Specialists to visit with homeowners. We've found this best practice to make sure we're able to complete a full inspection and someone will be home to allow attic access. It looks like we tried to call to confirm this and left a message with you on 12/27/26, however, we didn't hear back to confirm the appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.   We had Andre out for a roofing estimate on 9/27/24. Aside from dropping his measuring tape off of our roof onto our patio where I was watching my 3 year old play he seemed to have been able to do whatever he needed to do to provide us with an estimate. This was a Friday morning and he let me know that he needed to consult with a crew member that was on a job but would have the quote to us, at latest, the following Monday morning. Today is 10/8/24 and Andre has not provided us with an estimate, nor has he made any attempt to contact us. He, as a representative of your company, wasted my time and managed to endanger us with his bush league method of measuring. Update: Review post this morning and it’s still morning. Guess who showed up at my front door unannounced? If you guessed Andre you’re correct. Made up a sad story instead of owning his mistake and when I didn’t believe the bad acting gave me a second story about still not hearing from the other employee he needed to consult with. When I told him showing up at my house unannounced was completely inappropriate he continued the blame game and passed the blame to his boss for telling him to show up. So, this review just went from warning people about poor customer service and communication to a warning that if you leave an honest review you might get a creepy visit from an angry man with questionable work ethic.

  I called the office and a woman answered but I didnt get her name and I asked for Andre and she didnt let me talk to him directly she did schedule an appointment for tue (which was yesterday) and I stayed home all day to make sure i would be here for when he came. Guess what... He never showed! I did get a voicemail from him saying that he was returning my call about an inquire on a new roof replacements I made but I didnt inqure I called and made a firm appointment. I never called back because I had an apt for tue and he never showed up and didnt call and cancel or anything! RUDE!

  Ms. Bailey- We regret your unwarranted review for we at Frogtown Roofing work tirelessly to meet and exceed our clients expectations. In regards to your one-star review: You stated Andre called to confirm your appointment and you choose not to return the call. You also stated, that we “… didn’t call and cancel or anything! RUDE!” Response: i. Our policy requires a courtesy call to be made by the Project Manager to the client (you) prior to the appointment. Typically the project manager will ask questions about the job so they are fully prepared for the appointment. They will also confirm the day and time so both the client and the project manager is on the same page. ii. If you would have returned the call you would have realized your appointment was actually confirmed for Tuesday, Oct 15th not Tuesday, Oct 7th which is the date you suggested you had appointment for. I have checked our records and I confirmed that the agreed appointment was in fact Tuesday, Oct 15th at 1:30 p.m. You were a referral by a past client and it is truly a disappoint that a miscommunication(accidently you wrote down the wrong date caused a negative reaction). We work very hard for our reviews and have many 5-Star reviews, and when we receive a unwarranted 1-Star review it affects our business which supports our family. We would be happy to come out and provide you a free estimate with the objective to start a new page to our relationship. I am certain you will see that we are as professional as your referral and other reviews say we are. I hope you will appreciate this response and take the appropriate action to remove your 1-star review. Thank you and apologize that you felt it was necessary to submit this review.   Price was good. Remove of shingles and install was completed in a day and around an hour. Fast. Accurate. Cleaned up very well. Would have never noticed they were there! Great experience overall

  Good experience. My roof was finished in two days, mostly because of rain and other uncontrollable elements. Eric, Andre and all the other people I interacted with were nice, communicative, and kept me updated at every turn.

  Everyone was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They noticed things we should have noticed so we have a much better roof than before. Jeremy even offered suggestions about how we could improve some other ventilation issues in the future. It wasn’t cheap but I think it was a reasonable price for the excellent job we received.

  Frogtown Roofing continues to earn my business. This is the 3rd different house/structure we have had them re-roof for us. They bring knowledge and show extreme integrity every time. Materials & a dumpster are delivered timely and they kept me informed on each step of the process. Kudos to Andre and team for getting our garage roof in great shape. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with Frogtown. They were easy to work with, accommodated my schedule, and communicated clearly throughout the process.   They replaced the roof with tare off and new shingles in one day 8 guys showed up before 6 in the morning and stayed till 7 pm. They worked as a team.
