  First off, I am NOT a customer. I had my roof redone 3 years ago by a guy that did a fabulous job and I would recommend him to anyone. This company had a guy pull into my driveway and without knocking climbed up on my roof. I have cameras and 4 cars in my driveway, odds are someone is home. Common sense says you should knock first. So some strange guy that is unexpected is on my roof and gets pissy when I ask him what he is doing. I did mention that he was trespassing and lucky I didn't greet him with a weapon. He gets pissier and tells me "everyone carries guns it's no big deal". I took that as the guy returning the threat. Im sorry, I dont care what your work life is like, there is no need to be like that when I am not your customer, I dont know who you are, and you are on my house. I find this encounter sketchy and I would not trust this company for anything. I took plenty of pictures including the company vehicle with temporary tags and feel like I should report this to the police. I saved all video from my camera footage and believe I will escalate matters if I suddenly have roof issues now.

  Roof turned out ok (as far as I know, i haven’t got up on the roof) however there was no clean up after. I came home to nails all over my driveway, yard, and neighbors yard. I called them right away, and they sent someone out to clean up. Which was great, but why wasn’t that done when the roof was done. The next day i had a flat tire due to the nails in my driveway, which they did pay for the new tire, and i appreciate, but it never should have happened. I was STILL finding nails in my yard so they sent someone out the next day to magnet roll. Not sure why everyone else had amazing experiences, because I definitely did not. Just a huge inconvenience overall.

  We recently had our roof done. The work on the roof looks amazing. The work was done in one day. Clear up was impressive and staff were very polite. The owner upheld commitments and agreements. I would recommend Good Guy Roofing to anyone needing a roof installed.

  On Monday 8/10/26 I called Good Guy roofing as I lost a few shingles during the last storm. They promptly called me back and came out the same day to repair my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  After having multiple companies come out to try to fix a leak on my roof, Good Guys Roofing was the one that finally got it done right. They also left everything so clean and tidy that I could barely tell they had been here. Everyone in the office, along with Mo, who came out to give me a quote, were some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with when it comes to servicing my house. I would highly recommend Good Guys Roofing for any of your roofing needs!

  We recently had Good Guys Roofing install a new Owens Corning Duration roof on our house and detached garage. The project was over 60 squares on a steep 10/12 roof with a lot of valleys, dormers, and roof facets, so this was not a simple job. I was amazed by the size of the crew. There had to be around 30 people on site, and they nearly completed the entire project in a single day, returning the following day to finish the remaining work. The entire process was excellent from the start. Chase came out for the initial inspection and quote, and there was never any sales pressure. He was very responsive with scheduling, answered our questions, and turned around the proposal quickly. After the installation, we had a handful of punch list items and questions, which is not unexpected on a project of this size and complexity. What really stood out was how Good Guys Roofing handled them. Every concern was taken seriously, communication was excellent, and everything was addressed promptly without excuses or pushback. They truly stood behind their work. A special thanks to Chase and Josh. They were both professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the finished product. That level of customer service is what ultimately earned this five star review. The finished roof looks fantastic, and we are very happy with both the quality of the installation and the overall experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Good Guys Roofing to anyone looking for a contractor that stands behind its work.

  We were extremely pleased with the work by Good Guys! Great foreman in Joe and his crew. Moe - the sales manager - was awesome to work with and had us covered from the first meeting. I would highly recommend Good Guys!!! I would give them 6 stars if I could! :)

  The crew was very professional, polite and unbelievably fast! The crew started around 7 AM and they were done by 1:30.I was amazed.

  Great company who I highly recommend. From my initial contact with Mo for an estimate to the final installed new roof communication was fantastic, install was quick and professional. I got 3 additional estimates, and they were by far the best price! If you need roofing services I highly recommend that you contact Good Guys Roofing.

  If I could give 7 stars to Good Guys roofing, I would! This company stands out above all others due to their rapid response time in scheduling the roofing consult and in overall attention to detail, but especially in response to our needs. We had a situation arise where we had to alter our plans to replace our roof. Sam in Customer service and the managers of Good Guys Roofing were more than gracious in accommodating our unique needs. You just don't hardly see that kind of commitment to the customer these days. These Good Guys truly are the GOOD GUYS! I would not ever do business with any other company except Good Guys roofing.
