We have been trying to get a hold of someone to schedule our roof repair after having been told we are “on the schedule”. Every time we call there is either no answer or we speak to someone who says they can’t answer our questions and they don’t have the ability to call the guy who does the work. They also say they don’t know his schedule and can’t give us a date. The scheduling person has also been out of office. We have suffered more damage to our home because we have been waiting an actual repair. We have heard the craftsmanship of this company is remarkable, but the business office is lacking.

We did have a repair date set and left your husband a message (days in advance to the date) to set up a good time for the roofers to come out and fix your issues. We did not get a return call from you until a week later stating you now needed an estimate for a replacement due to more damage. Meaning the estimator/owner would need to go back out and measure the roof, which would start the process over. We do not sub-contract out any of our work, so we never said, "we did not have the ability to call the guy who does the work". We always state upfront on the phone that we stay backlogged due to not subbing out any work and have been 3 weeks to a month out since March, just on estimates, due to all of the storm activity. Your original call was 7/14.

Absolutely superb work. The roof on the back porch of my very old house was completely shot and leaking badly. Vicars took the old roof off and installed a new one, and for the first time in years, I have zero leaks. The crew is outstanding. Despite numerous obstacles due to the age of my house and the horrible shape of the old roof, they were able to solve all the problems and install a terrific new roof. They are trustworthy, hard working, prompt, very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They also do an amazing job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Vicars Roofing.

I agree with my husband’s comments about the quality of the team's work on our roof. I would add that, after starting the process which took several days, they faced several rain interruptions but always made certain the roof was safe from leaks. And their care of my gardens and landscaping around the house was extraordinary! I am so very pleased with the look of the completed roof, and especially with the friendly staff. A great company!

What a wonderful crew! It is obvious that Ronnie hires high-quality people. They were polite, friendly, and considerate. They took great care not to damage any of my wife’s many flowers and bushes. They worked hard and carefully. The roof looks great. Ronnie and Cindy were very easy to work with. I enthusiastically recommend this company!
