They never sealed the top of the roof at my sons house , the air from outside wind ,you can feel it as it comes down into the house. When you do roofing complete the process!!

Made appointment a few days ago with "Johnny". Waited and no one showed up at all today. Left "Johnny" a voicemail 1hr prior to appointment! No call back so far. Very poor customer service! Not sure how this company gets any good ratings at all.

I contracted DBR to install a roof on my house this year. Me being a Class A contractor I thought I went with the right company after my initial meeting and they were recommended to me be others in my neighborhood. Well it turns out my neighbors do not know anything about proper roof installation and to my disappointment they did a terrible job. I guess they never thought I would go up on the roof after the roof was installed. I had concerns about them damaging my wood siding and how I wanted the flashing installed. I was told by there sales agent that these guys are professionals and they know what there're doing, Well they don't. It was hard to communicate with them since only one guy spoke some English and he was hardly there. Now the drip edge flashing was poorly installed, bent and cut short, did not install any step flashing where the roof meets a vertical walls, some of the shingles that were installed I am told by their PM were defective. A lot of the work was installed was done in the dark, so I would like to think that if the work was done in the daylight hours that they would not have been installed, I have 5/8 sheathing and they installed some 7/16 sheathing. So now getting them back to correct their work has been a night mare. My house is brown, my new shingles are brown and they smeared black caulking all over the front of my house. Now if you live in a $500,000.00 home you do not want these guys on your roof.

I called on Friday to inquire about having a shelter built to store an RV in at my home. I had to leave a message for a return call from someone in regards to my request. I than received a telephone call from Ricky Davis who is one of the owners of the company. I explained to him what I wanted, which is simply a steel structure with metal roofing to cover a RV...he told me someone could come out to my site the following Tuesday at 9AM to get measurements and give me an estimate of the costs to do built what I wanted. The estimator did arrive when scheduled, but did not fully understand what I was wishing to to purchase and have built, and looked at my site to build a structure more like a post steel building instead of a carport structure. As he was leaving me to go draw up an estimate, I ask simply for what he expected to be as a rough estimate and he gave me a rough esitesti twice what I was hoping to spend when I initially contacted yhe company, simply because what he was quoting was different than what I requested an estimate for. Now 3 business days later, I have never heard anything more back from the estimator with a revised estimate or based on what I would like to have constructed. I feel that there was a communication break down somewhere between my original phone call and the estimator arriciar on site to what the estimator was proposing to build for me...I wish that they would have followed through and at least contacted me back to further discuss how they could help me meet what I am looking for out of this project and discussed where the breakdown lies.

I’m so happy and pleased I chose Davis Brothers Roofing to completely remodel the whole outside of my house. They also built me a storage building matching my house. They first off put a new roof on my house. They did new siding, gutters, removed a side porch, new shutters , built a front porch and a screened in porch. They did outside painting and put new flooring on porches. Ricky Davis was at my house making sure everything was what I wanted. His staff and crews were the best, trustworthy and nice. I would definitely have them do anything else at my house. Special people and very hardworking. Can’t say enough about my great experience!
