  Contacted Vanderpool on 12/31 to get an estimate on an active leak. Amanda said they could schedule the estimate for 1/11. When inquiring about what time to expect them, I received no answer. I asked to be put on ASAP as it is an active leak. No one showed up on 1/11 and never heard back from them. I'd recommend looking at other roofing companies.

  Driver of company vehicle involved in a collision with a sixteen-year old female. He talked her out of reporting the accident. Now the company is being very uncooperative about discussing the situation.

  First let me start by saying I was hoping to work with Vanderpool on my roof project as I have seen the work they do which seemed like prompt completion, good quality etc. BUT I met with Josh on the project who said it seemed like they would do the work and he would get me an estimate in a few days. A week later I called and the lady who answered didn’t have any info on the job but said she would look into it. 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I stopped by the office and the lady said he was out of town and left no record of the project with anyone. 3 weeks later I call again with the same run around and after a month Josh finally calls back just before closing and says they don’t want the job. It seems they rejected the job due to the fact we already had the material onsite and they would not be getting the usual markup on the the project estimate. So after a month of being held up on the project I called BDM Construction who promptly gave me an estimate, started the project a week earlier than projected and were absolutely amazing to work with. Sorry guys but you have forever lost my business.

  Miss the mark on trust to fix an issue. Attempted to fix roof leak and after 6 months the leak came back from roof to chimney in house. Asked politely to look at leak and they said a technician would call me back. Called 4 times in a span from December until today March 30th. Now with being frustrated beyond belief they are refusing to service or refund big $ I paid them for not fixing the problem. I advise to stay away from this company. Do not trust what they will say what they will do.

Our service center occasionally gets behind due to the volume of requests that we receive and we simply cant take anymore at that particular time. We try to be honest with all of our customers and inform them if we are unable to meet their needs in what we feel is an acceptable timeframe.

  Stay away from these frauds! They contacted me about a week after leaving them a message. Two weeks after that they came out to assess the roof leak. Another week after that they showed up to do the repair, but had no knowledge of what needed to be repaired. I was told later by the office that they’d gone to the wrong site. Another week later they came and performed the actual repair, but it held for only two years before completely failing. When I called to ask for repair service to be completed under the three-year warranty, the woman literally LAUGHED at me and told me they’d get back to me, but had no idea when. It’s now been two weeks and no one has called me back. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Their work is low-quality, they don’t stand by it, and they’re very disorganized and disrespectful of their customers.

  We had roof installed about 4.5 years ago. We noticed a leak over 2 weeks ago. Despite 2 phone calls, (the second one we were told they would “try” to get someone out the next day which was 8 days ago) and a visit to the office 2 days (were told our request was the top of the stack) no one has yet to show up to repair our roof.

  Vanderpool worked with us buying a home here coming down from NJ. The communication was fantastic and the workmanship was even better. Copper Canyon didn't disappoint! I would highly recommend Vanderpool for any of your roofing needs.

  Have Known Josh Banks for long time I do trust him and from what I saw and know they did a great Job Time will tell I have used them before on our Church and roof replacement was really a stress free event Josh is a Preacher and I know he is Honest I used Atlas pristine shingles Vanderpool is a go to sorcerer for all roofing needs

  Vanderpool roofing does excellent work. Jason was very friendly, answered all of the questions we had and got back with an estimate quickly. The crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job, with both roofing and cleanup. We used Vanderpool 25 years ago and we can say their professionalism and work ethic hasn’t changed. Excellent work back then, excellent work now. We would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs. You won’t be disappointed.

  I would highly recommend Vanderpool roofing to anyone that wants a professional roofing job done on your home. They worked around my schedule and came out when they said they would. They did a great job and great clean up. We couldn’t be more happy with the crew from Vanderpool. They installed the Atlas shingles and the roof came out perfect.   We recently had our roof replaced. We requested an estimate and had it within 2 days. After we approved the replacement, the crew arrived within the week. They had the job completed in 2 days. They were professional and did a great job until the very end when they cleaned everything up. We received our final invoice later that week. It matched our original estimate. Jason communicated with us through the whole process and he was easy to work with. We highly recommend.

  Vanderpool Roofing was excellent. The roof looks beautiful and was completed quickly. The work crew was very efficient, cleaned up everything perfectly, communication was excellent, and price was very fair.

  As a retired builder, and home inspector, I can say that I was very impressed with the quality , and professionalism that I received from Vanderpool. Jason was great to work with as far as scheduling, the roofing crew was on time [showing up and started working before daylight], and working until dark, the quality of the work was excellent, the price was more than competitive, the clean up was immaculate. over all this was a great experience! I would recommend them to anyone looking a roofing contractor

  I had a great experience with Vanderpool Roofing. Jason, the Sales Manager, addressed all of my concerns and even came out the day of the install. Both Amanda and Jason, quickly answered my questions and helped me choose the right roof design for my home. The cost was reasonable, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. I dealt with quite a few other companies prior, and am happy I choose Vanderpool. I would definitely recommend them.

  Vanderpool Roofing was by far the most professional company I have contacted while looking to replace my roof. Jason the sales manager was quick to get back with me and answered any questions I might have. This definitely made me feel confident that I had found a company that wouldn’t “go missing”after the work was completed. The crew that did the roof worked hard all day, and their cleanup was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanderpool for your roofing needs!
