  Requested an estimate and never received a call back. It has been 4 weeks since I originally called. I understand you are busy with the hurricane but using a 3rd party answering service who can’t provide any details on the status is no way to do business. Update: the owner of this business has decided to demean my “manliness” instead of trying to help people understand why the most recent message being told by their answering service is “we can not guarantee a call back”. How would you feel if your roof was destroyed by a hurricane and you can’t even get a roofing company to acknowledge your existence when you waited 4 weeks and trusted their high rating on google.

  We never provided service for Mr. Johnson. After Hurricane Elsa came through, we received more calls than we know what to do with them and could not help everyone.

  Chose the company to support Veterans, and will recommend them for great, quality service. We had someone out to look at the damage right away, he was friendly, responsive to messages and informative, and most importantly the crew completed the repair affordably and fast!   Jesse and Vet’s roofing was the only company in the Sarasota area I could find that could make it out to our property same day, within just a few hours. He provided a great solution and was able to repair our roof extremely quickly at a great price. Very happy with Vet’s repair and response and will be using for future needs.
