  They replaced my roof in 2022. Good job but now having some issues. Tried repeatedly over months to reach them but you can’t leave a message. Stopped at office and no one there. No one answers and salesperson we dealt with is no longer at the company. Don’t know what to do??

  We had a ‘so so’ experience with Roof Rx. I won’t get into the cost after Hurricane Ian, but we encountered something recently that I can’t understand. Their roof installers removed the dryer vent and covered it. We have been using our dryer without a proper vent since the install. Our dryer kept shutting off so we thought we needed our dryer duct cleaned. Had someone come out and they discovered the vent had been closed off. We just had to pay for a new vent install. Thank you very much!!!

  The company is very unresponsive. I’ve been trying to reach them for a week now calling them every day and haven’t gotten anyone to contact me back. They installed my roof a year and a half ago and now I have a leak and they are ghosting me.

  So I know there are still a lot of people who still need a new roof . I just want to say to stay far away from Roof RX! They charged me for two tarps when they only put on one tarp ($2,500 each tarp), and they charged me for gutters and soffits when they didn’t do them. I emailed them several times about it and adjusting the invoice . They ignored my emails. I posted a few weeks ago about advice on what to do, got in touch with someone in the group that works for roof RX. Wasn’t able to help because they just sent my invoice to a attorney who put a lien on my house. Even after several prior emails of me writing them to update the invoice . I want to close on my house but I also don’t want to pay for the additional tarp when they only did one, and the gutters and soffits when they were never replaced…

  I can upload the contract if you want. I was, unfortunately, a real client . Stop laying to the people. My reviews are real.And I don't recommend you.

  DO NOT use this company unless you want a roof that will leak and workers that come to your house drinking beers and office staff and managers that are rude. Everything about the experience with them from start to finish was awful. Save yourself the trouble. Also whatever Tyler tells you he is not the owner of the company.

  Roof RX in Fort Myers recently damaged other peoples property, trespassing on a lot they are not even working on , leaving damage. When contacted about the incident the Roof RX person 'Josh' completely failed to even acknowledge or apologize for anything. In fact, the man was very adversarial from word one. One excuse after another trying to shift responsibility and never even offering an apology...far from it. A simple apology and admission of their responsibility would have prevented this post. However, the Roof RX response was completely the opposite. Very rude, unprofessional and antagonistic. Do not use this company. They do not care about others and shirk responsibility.

  We are so happy we used Roof RX to do our roof. During the months it took to get our insurance money for hurricane roof damage, we vetted a lot of roofing companies. We chose Roof RX. They hit all our markers - price, reliability, respectful (especially to property). They did a super job from start to finish. We highly recommend Roof RX.

  We finally got the settlement for our Roof from hurricane Ian in December 2023. We called several roofing contractors at that point to get some estimates. When I called Roof RX, I got a call back within two minutes from Matt Seeler, and he offered to come by. He came by that same day and gave us an estimate on our roof, which was lower than any of the other estimates we received. He was also extremely patient throughout the selection process and did not push or try any high-pressure sales. He also gave me addresses to look at the colors on other roofs which was extremely helpful in the selection process. We would do business with Roof RX and Matt anytime they are 100% on point when it came time to install the roof it only took three days one day was tear off and dry in The second day was for inspection And drip edge. And the third day was for reinstallation. Matt and his team worked extremely efficiently and picked up after themselves. We now have a beautiful new roof after a year and four months thank you Matt and Roof RX!

  I called Tyler in the evening of a big storm, after getting some water entering our house. We had a new roof installed just a year ago by another company. He coordinated Jim to come out the following morning and take a look at what the issue was. Although they were not the original installer, and we had no previous relationship, both of them offered us their assessmenr, insight and expertise at no cost and suggested that we go back to our original roofer to deal with the problem, and that if all else fails, they would be happy to help fix the problem. It's this type of goodwill and integrity that leaves you with a positive impression. For any future roofing needs, I will most certainly reach out to this company based in what I experienced. Thanks again!

  Matt Seeler and Roof RX replace my roof after hurricane Ian... about 8 months later we got 8 inches of rain in 1 day... a leak showed up on my sheetrock in the bedroom... 1 call to Matt and he had a guy show up the next day and they had it fixed without any issue...in a perfect world a leak shouldn't happen but in the real world it does.. 5 star rating no questioned asked from day 1 of service to after the sale they are my go to roof company

  I’d highly recommend this company especially if you’re fortunate enough to get Jim Panuska for your sales rep. He’s always kind, responsive, and gives you peace of mind for all roofing concerns. The company did an outstanding job on our residential home.
