  Horrible company! The shingles they put on the roof were cheap and the job they did was not up to inspection. Upon inspection, it failed. The inspector brought down a shingle to show how either old or a bad batch. A couple weeks later, I had to contact another company who had to take the bad roof off and put on a new one. It passed inspection, no problem. Unless you want to go to court, wait a couple years for a judgement because they keep getting extensions and pay another roofing company.

  I payed $750,- for a tarp to be installed. To last until rainy season is over. The tarp was in such bad shape and was previously used. And literally dissolve after a 11/2 months. I have never seen a tarp with that much dry Rott that after a week it started to disintegrate with parts of it blowing into my yard. I called and complained but was promptly ignored. I want my money back.The only recourse is to sue. I was clearly defrauded!

  They offer absurd estimates and then require 15% to get out of the contract. Avoid, no way this rating is legit

  No Solisiting! Means don't ring my doorbell in Seminole FL. When you're in ft Myers fl! If someone needs a roof, hopefully they won't call you!

  The one star rating was an era. Sorry about that, guys. They did an excellent job. They did it in a timely fashion, true to their word. Great workmanship, I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them

  The roofing job that the apex guys did was really nice job. They were there every morning until the job was dine. the supervisor kept us informed throughout the process. I ended up with a metal roof. I would definitely use Apex roofing again.

  So here is my story with Apex roofing. Most reviews will tell you if they are pleased with their roof replacement or not. I am going to tell you a completely different story. I am going to tell you about a company that never touched my roof. But instead, and more important, I’m going to tell you about this company’s integrity, and honesty. I entered into a contract with Apex roofing after hurricane Ian. They spent their time and money in order to give me a honest and professional estimate. I was happy with their estimate and professionalism so I entered into a signed contract to replace my roof. I live in an an attached townhome, where my neighbor was in agreement with roof replacement. Unfortunately, in the interim, my neighbor passed away, and her children didn’t want to go that route. So Apex understood my predicament and released me from the signed contract with them, without any penalty. Find me another company like that !! Thank you, Apex

  While I could not use Apex roofing for my particular situation, Chris DePalma and Kevin O’Neal went above and beyond in helping me in ways they didn’t have to. They are true professionals with integrity, which is saying a lot in todays world. I highly recommend this company!

  On a scale of 1 - 5, with 5 being excellent I would rank Apex a 4.5 The selection of tile and installation occurred with no problems; that part of our experience with Apex was excellent! However there were other issues that required a good deal of patience. The initial contact with Apex was with a door to door salesperson who promised a $500.00 credit if we would keep an Apex sign at all four corners of our property for six months. It took 1 1/2 years for work to begin!! Upon completion of the job "cleanup" left much to be desired. While walking on my lawn a roof nail penetrated my shoe and went into my foot. Apex, to their credit did another cleanup. The $500 dollar credit we were promised was reduced to $350.00. As of now no one has stacked the remaining tiles where we want them. Would I recommend Apex? Absolutely! Their tile and installation was flawless and they do respond to customers wishes. Just get everything in writing and be patient ...... very patient

  Apex replace our roof from hurricane damage. There were communication hiccups that delayed the replacement however when the contractors came to replace the roof the full process was completed in three days. Apex was responsive to send quality control to repair issues from the installation. Several home in our neighborhood have had Apex replace their roofs as well. We had additional gutters installed which improved the look of our home.
