Too overpriced they are so disrespectful

Worst customer service, terrible response time, expect your yard to be driven on even when they come out for an appraisal. Stay far away from this company. Go with GoldKey Roofing instead. Save yourself the headache.

Worst roofing company. Will not honor a warranty. Had my mother's roof done after Irma and have many leaks into the walls. The rep said he would come out to inspect and haven't heard anything in months. Horrible customer service.

AMS would not stand by their lifetime roof warranty, which cost me over $6,000 for a new roof. I received a judgement against AMS for $6,350 and they refuse to pay. Read BBB comments and you'll see that they are a company that you should avoid.

I would like to caution everyone in the North Fort Myers Florida area about AMS Roofing / AMS Roofing & Construction’s (Known as AMS of FLA on Facebook) INAPPROPRIATE BUSINESS PRACTICES. We had hired AMS to do a renovation/job (siding/windows/lanai/etc), work that had not started; OUR HOME WAS DESTROYED BY HURRICANE IAN and yet they will NOT return the thousands of dollars we have on deposit. Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT do business with these people! Go to Landis or another licensed professional!

I do not recommend this company.....I used this company nearly 20 years ago to install a roof on my mother's home and a roof on my home. They were great. Very responsive and professional. Since that time, I have had nothing but problems getting them to come out to look at the roof for leaks and repairs. I have been very patient and understanding. The phone operator is very rude and dismissive. I can not get an estimate of time that they will come to service the roof. Prior to the hurricane, I had leaks that damaged interior walls. It took months for them to service the roof after several calls. I have further leaks now and have been calling for over 5 months to simply get an estimate of when they might be able to come. I continue to ask where is my name on the list, how long...6 months...a year...just give me a time? I have been more than patient and understanding. They do not show the same respect to their customers. The phone operator is rude and dismissive. I do not recommend this company because they do not service or back up their work which causes more damage. They are not loyal to their "Lifetime Warranty." Do not believe them when they tell you that. AMS may have been a great company years ago but the owner/managers must have changed and it is no longer a company that can be trusted or respected.

I’d like to comment on Earl Sullivan. He sold us our new roof over. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed followed up with us. He was very friendly and personable about the whole transaction. Also, I will and have recommended him to numerous people in the park for their roofs

Jason was amazing to work with to put on my new roof and gutters. Guided me step by step and available whenever I had questions. Met my deadlines for insurance renewal which was to be cancelled. His ultimate suggestion on how to solve roof and gutter issues after having shingle roof with AMS patented roof over was best decision ever. Job came out spectacular. So overjoyed and peace of mind. We are now working on the next project. Thanks to everyone at AMS. So helpful and a joy to work with.

Mr. Sullivan came to our home a d checked out some inside moisture issues. It was resolved and he was very informative. The company installed our roof last year and we are happy with it. Thank you. He was honest and the issues didn't need repair.

We just had our roof completed and couldn't be happier with the end product. From start to finish everything was seamless and professional. Our salesman Earl was very informative, took his time, even though it was extremely hot out. The crew showed up promptly and got right to work on what was one of the hottest days this summer. The whole process took about 5 hours and they took everything with them and swept their way out, GREAT GUYS!! Highly recommend AMS.

The crew was very professional, polite and did a great job cleaning up. Earl Sullivan came to oversee the installation and is a great liaison for the company.

I contacted AMS to build a new lanai on my mobile home after hurricane Ian destroyed the old one and I'm glad I did. From sales to the crew, every phase of the build was professional and of very high quality. Lucas and Wesley were friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question I had about the construction process.

The salesman ( Earl Sullivan) showed up and started working to see what was needed. Very happy with the process.

Earl Sullivan came to quote only several days after calling the Ft. Myers office. Scheduling went well. Workers came on time and finished quicker than expected. We were not able to use AMS after Hurricane Ian due to their backlog and our roof damage. That “fix” only lasted 3 1/2 years. We’re happy to now have a quality AMS roof again.
