  We had 9 flat tires. Refuse to pay for them. We had problems with shingles lifting took over 7wks to repair We still have nails in the yard. I stepped on one and got in my shoes. We had a leak they did repair. We had some cracks in ceiling said they were not responsible for that. I would not recommend this company. For what we paid we should have never had the problems we had.

  I was sent a quote for over $4500 to repair my roof after hurricane Ian. I was told that they needed to replace about 25 tiles. They said they would order a skid and leave what was left over. I arrived here to find only 8 tiles that needed replaced. I used some spare tiles I had and fixed it myself in less than 2 hours. Just saying, be careful of quotes you receive from this company...Not impressed!!

  Rob, The amount you were quoted matched the materials and labor necessary for the repair. What we imagine happened with your fix is that you made the repairs at the surface level. Without using the necessary method and materials (that were quoted,) unfortunately this can result in more roofing issues that would need professional attention. We are sorry the quoted estimate was not to your satisfaction. If you would like, we can explain the process to you offline so that the cost of the estimate makes more sense. As it stands, the estimate matched the materials and labor necessary for the repair.

  I would love to give this company 5 stars, but they have yet to complete the job. They agreed to replace the gutters after the roof was complete. They did a FANTASTIC job on the roof. But, they have yet to send a crew out to put up my gutters that they took down. It's very frustrating when everything is right and the ball is completely dropped at the end. I may have no choice but to buy new gutters and replace them myself. Very disappointing.

  I have dealt with Allstate twice in the past two years. The first was after hurricane Milton. On the first meeting they explained the process and answered all my questions. On the day of the roofing they were like a well oiled machine and tidied everything up afterwords The second time was to roof an addition again lost during the hurricane. Overall it was a good experience working with them and totally recommend them for any roofing needs.

  Allstate Construction Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our property's gable wall. All work quoted and all expectations set prior to work commencing by James C. were completed exactly as stated and within the time stated. All employees on this job were professional, beyond respectful and were diligent in their duties. They provided the utmost care for my property and our neighbor's property. I am confident that their workmanship and materials utilized will last for decades. I greatly recommend Allstate Construction Roofing and I will call on them again for roof and exterior repairs.

  Throughout the process of filing and resolving my claim for wind damage to my roof caused by Hurricane Milton, Allstate Construction Roofing provided exceptional service. They facilitated inspections needed to demonstrate damage had been caused by the hurricane and provided thorough documentation that resulted in the claim being approved. Once the claim was approved, Allstate was right there with expert assistance in selecting new roofing material and answering every question promptly and professionally; then proceeded to complete the roof replacement in good time. The new roof shows outstanding workmanship and attention to detail, and it looks terrific. I would enthusiastically recommend Allstate Construction Roofing without reservation.

  Highly recommended without reservation. Outstanding job lead by Chris Hull, who is honest, knowledgeable, and responsive.
