  0/10. Would not recommend them to do anything. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! the workmanship and care for the property are industry low. Look into Roof Dr or Armored roofing for your work.

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The quality of work, care for the property, and everything else has been beyond miserable. If I could go back in time, I would never choose this company to do any work. The workmanship is terrible and every part of the project will be subcontracted out. We have several issues with our complete roof install, they won't even come out to look at the terrible quality work that they did

  We chose Veenkamp based on the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately we have been sorely disappointed and continue to receive sub-par communication. We hired Veenkamp in October of 2025 to replace our roof at their advisement that we had leaks that would need to be addressed with a new roof. A patch or partial replacement was not advised due to at minimum 3 leaks they mentioned at their initial consultation. We sought other roofing advice and 2 other companies also mentioned full replacements, while 2 others mentioned patching potential leaking spots or partial replacements. Veenkamp was chosen due to their description of their communication services, specifically their client portal which was supposed to include updates to the project schedule, pictures of the entire process start to finish, and overall gave us the best impression that communication would be immaculate. They failed in every regard to that communication. While we understand roofing is specific to weather, our project date was moved 3 times via email, via text, and then via phone call at various points to communicate to us. When the project finally did occur, it began at 7 AM on a Saturday with no warning about start time or confirmation that it would be happening on Saturday, as they mentioned weekends work usually wasn't started. We had previously communicated that safety for our pets in the home was one of our highest priorities and they continued to leave essential containment doors open and used parts of our backyard previously discussed to not be used. Had the date not been moved, we had prepared for them to be out of the house, but with the project date changed multiple times, we were not able to make last minute arrangements. The project also ended up taking longer than discussed, with the team having to come back multiple times to fix mistakes. We are now confirmed that no supervisor was present for the job and no one with a contractors license was present when the work was performed. I can appr

  Called 2/17. Talked to Amy. Was told I would be contacted after leaving my number and informing that my roof was leaking. No contact as of 4/16. Response: After a brief discussion and apology, I am changing the current rating. There did seem to be a miscommunication somewhere along the line and I appreciate the effort in which they are working to fix the issue. Thank you, Veenkamp. Last contact May 2, 2022. If you don't want the business, just say so. I'm patient but you clearly do not call back like you assured me you do. I'm done. Update June 24, 2022. I changed this rating June 22, 2022 in the evening to one star. Today, I get a call out of the blue. Maybe try a little harder. I shouldn't have to leave negative feedback to get a simple call. I'm going with a competitor that wants the work.

  Soffit and fascia repair. The job was completed the way I wanted. They didn't cut corners and did the replacement boards for greater longevity. The crew was respectful. I would recommend Veenkamp.

  I searched really hard for a roofer that would be reliable and trustworthy. There are so many horror stores of bad roofing companies, but I'm happy to report they are not one of them! They were very nice to my mother and respectful of our home. The new roof shingles look great and we were happy with the new roof. The crew did a great job cleaning up 👍

  The whole experience was tremendous! Tyler was flexible with the initial estimate appointment, followed up in a speedy fashion regarding all our questions (not many!) and we were scheduled very quickly. The carpenters came the next week and were highly skilled and meticulous in their work and clean up every day. We couldn’t be more pleased!
