  TLDR: I wish I had never used Premier Roofing. Nate lied to get my business and communication was astoundingly terrible. We bought a home in July 2025 with some known roofing issues. Nate came out to give us a quote, and quickly expanded the scope of what they would “need” to do. The quote was separated into two sections, as per conversation with Nate: (1) need to do before winter to stop leaking and limit damage already incurred, and (2) improvements that we could make in the spring. We agreed to part #1 in October, to include work on the flashing around our chimney, the single most important piece of the work required. Over a month went by and I heard nothing until the third time I reached out for an update, at which point I was assured the work had been done – no photos, no notice they were on my property, nothing. The only evidence I had that they'd been on my property were pieces of scaffolding they left behind in my yard. In January, on my first trip to the home since work had been “done”, I was able to see very obviously from the ground the work had not been completed as described. I emailed with photo evidence of internal water damage and flashing clearly protruding, completely unconnected to the chimney. I did not hear back for over a month. When they finally got back to me, they claimed the flashing – the single most important part of the work that I was repeatedly assured would be part of the work completed – was not, in fact, included the $4,000 bill. They provided (finally) photos of other work that had been done. After multiple days of back and forth, I was offered $200 off to apparently make up for being lied to and the internal damage done to my house for them not doing the work they swore up and down they’d do before the winter set in. Thanks for nothing, you clowns.

  Would not use Premier again. They said 2 days to do the work and took 5 days. The crew was very inexperienced and had to be trained while doing the work at our house. And there was multiple rework that had to be redone because the contracted crew didn't do it right and Premier employees had to direct the redo.

  One star just because they showed up for the estimate. Don't bother if its a repair. They couldn't even bother to send the estimate. complete waste of time

  Premiere Roofing did a great job on our roof. Easy to do business with. Kudos to the work crew as well. High temperatures and wild fire smoke didn’t stop them from completing our roof in one day.

  They did an amazing job replacing my roof. There were unexpected issues with the roof and Gabe, the job foreman did an excellent job explaining the situation and explaining how they were going to fix it. Gabe stopped by 4 to 5 times throughout the day to check on the progress and he kept me informed. Even with the unforseen issues the crew got my roof done in one day. Everything was cleaned up and my roof looks amazing!! OUTSTANDING work by Gabe and the crew.

  Tyler Hayes was the sales representative. He was as friendly, open with the products, and was not pushy. Gave a range of options and explained them and how they connected to the cost and roof. Brad was my contact when the project was started. He was very helpful and even drove back to hang a flower box. Their work crew worked fast and did a quality job with tryin got make a minimal mess. Overall, we had a great experience.
