  Over promised under delivered. promised a 1 day job, didn't happen. Never met the "Project manager" until 3 days after the job was done. It's been a month and i am still finding nails and debris in my yard. Pushing sales, and horrible communication, defiantly look elsewhere in the future.

  Victors -We almost went with them but in the 11th hour of the Free Estimate presentation we were told we had to sign today or loose the three thousand off deal. Because it cost the company $1500 dollars for the presentation,we were told . We do not like being pressured to buy and decided a huge purchase like this required research. We would have lost so very much money had we gone with them and not a vetted competitor, like we did. Do Your Own Research With Your Own Sources.... Compare apples to apples just don't pay 70% to much.......

  Don’t use this company unless you like to pay triple the amount other companies charge and wait weeks for repairs. They really tried to charge me THOUSANDS for a simple repair and said they could come back in a week to do it, meanwhile there’s a hole in my roof. Then they said they could give me a “deal” and came down $300, I said no, then they came down another $200. Then got frustrated at me when I didn’t agree to the price and wanted to get other quotes. They said the deal is only if I agreed right the and there. Aka they’ll take advantage of you and overcharge while you’re desperate for a repair. Very disappointing to see this is the type of business they do with people vulnerable and desperate for a home repair. In the beginning they were asking me if I knew about repairs, contractors and insurance, etc almost to gage my knowledge and where they could exploit it. Not sure if this happened because I’m female but wonder if they ask male clients this or try to exploit them in the same manner. Luckily, this gal was smart enough to know how to use the internet which revealed how ridiculously overpriced they were. Instead of even calling this company, start by taking a pic and upload into google or chat gpt. It will give you an actual and better idea of what the damage and repair would cost, no matter your gender or “deals” going on.

  Whoever is posting these great reviews must not have spoken with Maria. I need a quote for roofing repair and she insists that all the home owners from the deed must be present. I am primary on the home and my father is secondary who is overseas for the next 6 months. Her answer was Have a nice day.... Wow some great customer service you have going on.

  Sales pitch was torture, 3.5 hours. I flat out refused to give them a sale after asking them to leave 3 separate times. What a joke, con artists at best. The price for a roof 30K is laughable.

  Our experience with Victors Roofing was horrific. We got a flyer in the mail saying they were doing work in our area and saw their television ads sponsoring Detroit area sports events like the Tigers so they seemed reputable and prominent. Our roof was original (almost 30 years old) so we requested an estimate in December 2024. Their salesman entered our attic and did a video inspection. He reported active roof leaks, wet wood and also suggested replacement of the skylight in the master bath (which we had just replaced in December 2018). Given the urgency implied we selected Victors to proceed despite the high price. They were out a few weeks later in January 2025. As the one-day job wrapped up, I noticed that they had split wooden fascia board on the rear deck overhang so I notified the foreman, who said they would come back to fix it. We were also never told that the job would require the removal and disposal of the leaf gutter guard system present on our house, but we had no choice and had to watch them tear off, destroy and dispose of the entire leaf system the day of the job. However, Victors immediately obtained full payment by drawing from the finance company, which started the no-interest promotional period running before the building inspection could be completed and our issues resolved. Also, while they said they had cleaned up all debris upon completion, shortly afterward we experienced a flat tire on one of our new truck tires from a roofing nail in our driveway. We also discovered several areas of carelessly damaged paint on our siding adjoining the shingles, after we had paid for a complete exterior paint job in summer 2024. The township inspector then showed up in early spring and left word that the roof failed its inspection due to improper flashing. Victors came out to replace the fascia board, which was poorly done with excess caulk and to fix the flashing. The township then failed the job a second time due to ongoing flashing issues.   Up-front note: we did not have our roof completed by Victors so I cannot comment on the end product, but this review will give our opinion of everything else (we almost went with them). Skip to the last paragraph for the short summary. Salesman was very nice and personable. He did a thorough inspection of the roof from the outside and inside (climbed up in our attic). He told us our issues were due to improper intake venting and that they were the only company that vented with an actual intake venting system. Since this was our first quote and we aren't very knowledgeable about roofs, we were impressed. After showing an interest, we were pretty immediately sitting in front of a computer to make a decision on what package we wanted. Very sales-like approach with some uncomfortable pressure that turned me off right away. I almost fell out of my seat with the quotes, but we really didn't have any other quotes at this time so I didn't know if it was expensive or not (spoiler alert: it was!) We decided to get two more quotes. Both of those other reputable and highly rated companies explained to us that there is no need to add an intake venting system on a roof with our pitch. In fact, it's not advised. The only roofs that may benefit from a specific intake system are steep roofs because water will run right off. Otherwise, water runs off most roofs slowly and then has a natural tendency to "climb" back up under the roof instead of dripping right off (think of dripping water down your arm slowly, it will climb back up the end of your finger when it gets to it instead of draining right off). The intake venting systems are open, so that slow water goes right back up under the roof and can cause buckling of the shingles at the end of the roof, etc. One of the guys actually showed us a picture of a roof he replaced where this happened. Additionally, traditional roofs do have some intake already and rarely is it needed to install more intake. So it seems that Victors are ju

  Outstanding service, top-quality workmanship, and even better people! I would highly recommend Victor's over any other home roofing contractor in the area. A special shoutout to Zach Condron, Jack (Crew Inspector), Jon, and the entire roofing crew for their professionalism and dedication. I wish I had everyone's name so I could put them in my review. I had an older roof that was damaged when a tree fell on it, and out of the five contractors I contacted, Victor's was the only one willing to take on the job. From start to finish, the team kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on progress and proactively communicating any issues they encountered with the older roof. Their transparency, responsiveness, and commitment to quality made the entire experience stress-free. Excellent service, excellent communication, and excellent results.   Khoa was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and victors home solutions for any roofing issues. We were looking to get our attic insulated and we found out other pressing issues we needed to address via the inspection. Highly recommended.

  Khoa was wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable, not pushy. Felt very comfortable with him in my home. Very thankful for someone so knowledgeable to come by and explain the process. Not only this, the presentation was beautiful and very organized. There were videos, brochures, and plenty of samples.
