  Since we had our roof installed, we have had CONSTANT issues. The edges were buckling and had to be nailed down, a quarter of the roof blew off, water leaks in MULTIPLE rooms, and when a tech suggested a completely new roof, it then turned into a suggestion of a sealant being put on instead. Keep in mind, the original issue was in November of 2025 and we are now in June 2026 and it is still not resolved. My 70 year old father had to go on his roof (when it was stated it was too dangerous for the workers to go up there in the winter) because the ceilings were getting water damaged. If a tarp wasn’t put up, my brother who has special needs, his room would be full of mold and more water damage would have occurred. Do not use this company unless you don’t mind waiting MONTHS for any kind of response or solutions.

  Had our siding done with Mr. Roof and all I can say is, don't. It was several months late with zero communication, cost more than expected, work was sloppy, and the crew used our yard as a bathroom.

  Last minute notification when they were coming out for roof replacement also damaged screen and siding still have not received receipt and certificate of completion for insurance company as promised .been waiting 2 weeks for them to come out to replace screen damaged and siding damage even though they call me at beginning of each week to tell me they will have it done by end of week. Ended up calling office three times finally replaced my screen however did not fix the hole in the siding at all

  Roof was done quickly and correct. The site foreman Chris did use our personally rented dumpster to dispose of his household trash and brand new materials still in packaging. The issues arose when it came time for soffit/facia. They were done quickly and poorly. Multiple pieces had horrible dents and bends. We called and complained to which they said they would send someone out to talk with us about the issues. They did not tell us when they would be here and showed up a few weeks later at 9am. No one knocked or looked for the owners. They walked around the house twice and left. A few weeks later some people came out to fix the issues. They had no idea what they were there to fix and did not speak English for me to explain to them. They fixed one piece and left. The brand new drip edge from the roof is all bent around the house from the facia replacement. The people who came to do the gutters were amazing. The salesman was your typical salesman. Said anything to get you to sign the dotted line then was no further help. We went with Mr Roof even though they were not our lowest quote but because they seem to pride themselves on customer service and work quality. None of which were found during our repairs. Would highly recommend finding another quote and company. You will be left out in the cold with a huge bill and regret.

  Mr Roof did a great job at helping my mother get her roof replaced by insurance after a springtime hail storm. Dave Baerwalde came out and looked at the roof and then explained all the steps we needed to do to get the insurance involved with replacing the roof. The day of the install, Mr Roof sent a large crew of installers to handle the replacement of the roof on both my mother's house and a large out barn and as we were told, they completed the job in 1 day. They also did a great job of clean up after the job was complete.

  I would recommend Mr Roof. James came out the same day I sent the photo of a shingle that came loose. He reattached the shingle and checked the surrounding shingles to make sure they were also secure.

  From start to finish, Mr Roof was very easy to work with and very informative. The crew that did our roof was very thorough. They did a great job repairing some bad spots and making our roof look amazing. They cleaned up all the debris and made sure no nails were left behind in the driveway. The manager made sure we knew about some leaks around the exterior of our chimney and even climbed up to get pictures for us to see what we needed to repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
