  If you like HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics then THIS is your company to go with!! I spent 2 hours with the sales rep that came out with the last hour of it me telling him I wanted to get other quotes and him questioning me why like I was an idiot. Did I mention that his quote was also over $58,000 when I already had two other quotes that the most expensive one was $21,000? I told this guy a minimum of 10 times NO and he kept pressing... He even pulled out the used car salesman tactic of calling his boss to see what he said and maybe a better deal... At this point he could have dropped it 30k and I wouldn't have bought from him! If this is how they get thier customers to buy, by bullying and using high pressure sales tactics then shame on them! I don't ever cuss but he had me cussing by the end of our conversation! NO! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ROOFING NEEDS!!

  I have never written a review for any company before so, here it goes. As part of the offered deal, I was required to make a google review. I turned down their deal but still need to offer my review. My dealings with Vault roofing never left my dining room table. The estimator arrived on time, his name was Tom. He was friendly, seemed to know what the was doing and my dog liked him, so we were off to a good start. He did his inspection and showed me what he found and what he thought we should do from here. All good so far. Then we got to the money. He high-balled the first number and then brought it down to lessen the sticker shock. I expected that maneuver. I was honest and said it was a bit more than we were expecting and that since Vault was the first company I had spoken to that I would need some time to talk to my wife and my bank. Then pressure became relentless. At least 4 times, he counter-offered and I said maybe but not today. I told him specifically and clearly that I was NOT going to sign anything today. I explained over and over that I thought I should discuss this with my wife but he would just ignore that and re-imagine the numbers to make me another offer. So, he called his manager, Mike McCord. Mike offered another deal and said I had to act now, or I couldn't get that deal. The deal became "Buy it today, or else no deal." They do know there are other competitive and qualified roofing companies out there, right? They were not interested in listening to me once the money came up, so in the end, I had to tell them to leave. The deal was fair, the product and all seemed fine. Theyir bid was definitely going on the list. But, did really they expect me to make a 25K purchase without talking to my wife? Especially when I specifically stated that I needed that time. And the fact that despite claiming to be low-pressure, they really turned up the heat and became very pushy once a number was stated. basically, I felt like I was buying a used car from

  Pushed for their quote to be signed, never received the quote they promised, twice what the 5 other companies quoted for the same product, stay the heck away

  Michael was extremely good at communicating all of the mechanisms for financing products for my home improvement projects on this older historic home in Tipp City Ohio. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. Wish my age and expertise cooperated with the project
