Our roof had major wind damage, and the insurance company approved a full roof replacement. We asked for an estimate, and jeffrey spent a long time doing a thorough roof inspection, walking the shingles, checking flashing, roof eaves, and other problem areas instead of just giving a quick number from the ground. That careful review found several important issues the insurance estimate had missed, which gave us real peace of mind about moving forward. They also helped work with the insurance company so the needed repairs were fully addressed, including damaged siding under the eaves. We also had to coordinate gutter removal and reinstallation, and logan was very helpful, supportive, and easy to work with during that part of the project. The roof replacement itself was completed in one day, with final nail cleanup handled right after, and the whole process was smooth with very little disruption for us. The replacement of the metal siding with vinyl really improved the look of the home and brought back its curb appeal. In the end, everything matched up fairly, and we were very pleased with the professional, careful, and cooperative service. i strongly recommend them for roofing work.

From the first call to Vargas Brothers Roofers Llc about a roof inspection and a leak concern, the whole experience was excellent. they responded fast, came out quickly to check the problem, and took time to explain what was happening with the damaged area. To help protect our home right away, they put in a temporary repair on the cracked section until the full roofing work could be done, which gave us real peace of mind. The roof replacement was completed smoothly from start to finish, and the new roof looks amazing. the crew was professional, easy to work with, and kept the process organized and stress free. We also appreciated how clean they left the property and how clearly they communicated during each step. in Pembroke, it means a lot to have a roofing team that understands how important a solid roof is during heavy rain, summer heat, and changing weather. great service, strong workmanship, and i would highly recommend them for any roof repair or full roof installation.

Highly recommend this roofing team for a full roof replacement. logan was top notch, always easy to reach, and stayed in touch through the whole process. I contacted several roofing contractors for a large home, and this crew stood out right away. I was helping coordinate the project for an out-of-state seller after a buyer’s home inspection showed that a new roof was needed, so timing was very important. They answered my call on a Saturday, which was a big help, and ralph came out the next day to inspect the roof. He brought shingle samples, explained the roofing options in simple terms, and provided a fast detailed estimate for the seller and insurance representative. The team also helped handle communication with the insurance company, which made the process much easier and kept stress low for everyone involved. The roofing materials were delivered early, and the crew got right to work. By the end of the day, the new roof was completed, the job site was cleaned up well, and the whole project moved much faster than expected. tucker and the office staff were also very helpful, responsive, and organized. Text updates made it easy to get quick answers and keep everything on schedule. This was a smooth, professional roofing experience with strong customer service, solid communication, and quality workmanship. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, shingle work, or help with an insurance-related roofing project.

Easy to work with from start to finish, and the whole roof replacement moved fast. The crew removed the old shingles and installed the new roof in one day. They offered several shingle color options along with two roofing choices, Landmark and Landmark Pro, which made it easy to match our home. We picked Landmark Pro because the shingles are a little thicker and felt like a better fit for added roof protection. Since we have several large trees behind the house, we wanted a stronger roofing system that could handle extra wear from falling branches and debris. The team explained the materials clearly, kept the job organized, and left the property clean. We also felt confident hiring them because a neighbor in Pembroke had a good experience with their roof install and spoke highly of the quality and service.

As a first-time homebuyer, I bought a foreclosure in Pembroke and needed a major renovation, especially roof work before anything else could move forward. I reached out to Vargas Brothers Roofers LLC, and that same day Jeffrey made time to come inspect the property and give me a clear idea of the cost for the roofing portion and the related repairs. That was incredibly helpful and gave me a much better understanding of the home and what needed to be done before I finalized everything. Because they were so responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, I hired them for a large renovation project that included roofing repairs, tear-off and cleanup, drywall fixes, interior painting, three bathroom updates, light fixture installation, stair refinishing, hardwood flooring install and stain, appliance installation, kitchen improvements, and new carpet. It was a big job with a lot of moving parts, but the roof was one of the most important parts, and they handled it with real skill and care. They made sure the home was protected from rain and heat, which is especially important in VA. The whole project was detailed and extensive, but it stayed organized and moved ahead on schedule. Ralph and Logan coordinated the crew well, and there was always steady progress at the house. Communication was excellent the entire time. I got regular text updates, photos, and clear explanations about each stage of the work, especially the roofing items, materials, repairs, and finishing details. Anytime I stopped by, they took the time to walk me through what had been completed and what was next. The workmanship was impressive, and the attention to detail really stood out. The roof repair work, finishing, lines, and overall appearance were done professionally, and the interior updates were completed with the same level of care. Everything looks clean, solid, and well finished. The pricing was fair for such a complicated job, and the final result turned this property into a beautiful home

Tucker saved the day and helped me avoid an unnecessary roofing repair. I thought I had a leak around a dome vent, and after recently having a new roof put on, I was worried I would be facing another costly issue. A few roofers gave me estimates around $600 for the vent, but Tucker responded quickly, gave me a fair price, and fit me into the schedule the very next day. What stood out most was how thorough he was. Instead of only checking the vent from the outside like others had done, Tucker also inspected the attic to make sure the problem was really coming from the roof system. That extra step made all the difference. He found that the moisture issue was actually being caused by a dead rat, not a faulty vent, which saved me from paying for work I did not need. He explained everything clearly, shared photos of what he found, and was honest from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth, with fast communication, a clear estimate, on-time arrival, and strong troubleshooting skills. It is also reassuring that they stand behind their roofing work with a warranty on parts and labor. In Pembroke, it is great to find a roofing company that takes the time to inspect properly instead of rushing into a repair. I would absolutely call them again for any roof, vent, flashing, or attic-related issue and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofing service.

Ralph and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. I was unsure about choosing a metal roofing system at first, but I could not be happier with the result. We had talked about it before and were concerned that rain or storms might sound loud on the roof, but Ralph explained how the roof installation and materials would help with that, and he was right. It has been very quiet, even during bad weather. The new roof looks beautiful, durable, and really adds to the home’s curb appeal. The whole roofing team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept the job site clean, completed the work on time, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. We are truly pleased with the workmanship, the crew, and the overall quality of the finished roof. If you are thinking about a metal roof in Pembroke, this company does excellent work and delivers a great finished product.
