  I tried getting a quote from this place and Bill was extremely unprofessional, I would ask a few questions and he would just hang up. I called again , ask a question and he would hang up again. Ask again a third time was a lot talk a few minutes but he couldn’t answer any questions 😏

  After a severe storm, a large tree hit my home and damaged my older roof, leaving several holes, broken siding shingles, and a shattered second-story window. He not only came out quickly to inspect the roof damage, but also helped guide me through the insurance process so I could better understand my options. That support took a lot of stress off my shoulders right away. Danny and the team listened carefully, answered my questions, and made me feel confident that my home was in good hands. They worked with my budget and handled the full scope of repairs, including installing a new roof, replacing damaged siding shingles, and putting in a new window. Because my home is older, some of the exterior work required extra care, especially matching the style of the siding and blending everything so the repairs looked natural. Their crew did an excellent job making the finished work look clean and seamless. Throughout the project, I stayed in regular contact with Jordan, Brady, and the crew on site. Everyone showed up on time, communicated clearly, and explained each step of the roofing and exterior repair process in simple terms. They used quality materials, worked efficiently in the Texas heat, and treated my property with respect from start to finish. This turned what started as a very stressful roofing and storm damage situation into a smooth and positive experience.   Quick, professional help after a recent storm caused a roof leak around our chimney. Vargas & Sons Roof Repair had replaced our roof not long ago, so we asked them to inspect it and make sure the shingles and flashing were still in good shape. It turned out the main issue was worn chimney pointing and sealant, not the roof system itself. Jordan came out, checked the area carefully, and sealed the chimney spots that needed attention even though it was outside the warranty and not part of their original roofing work. The earlier roof replacement was solid, finished on time and within budget, and the follow-up service was outstanding. They were honest, helpful, and clearly know roof repair, leak detection, and storm-related issues.

  A roofing team installed our roof years ago, and when it was time for a replacement, I reached out to them again because the first experience was so good. Jordan was very helpful and walked us through the whole process, including permits, HOA approval, material choices, and all the small details that come with a full roof replacement. On install day, Danny and the crew showed up right on schedule and finished the work in less than two days. They worked hard the entire time and did a great job on the new roof, skylights, gutters, and related exterior work. They also handled the cleanup very well after the project was done, and the house looks fantastic. The office staff was easy to work with, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Jordan helped us handle the claim, explained what the adjuster was looking for, and made sure the needed roof repair and replacement work was properly documented for insurance approval. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished our roof in just one day. Since then, the roof has held up great through strong storms and heavy rain with no leaks at all. Jordan also came back for a follow-up inspection to make sure everything looked right, answer our questions, and confirm the roof system was solid and the workmanship met expectations.
