  We used Bold Roofing after hail damage to our home. When we initially spoke with our contractor, Gabe Gonzales, we were told all repairs would be completed within two weeks. In reality, it took over two months just to get a window replaced. Throughout that time, we repeatedly reached out to Gabe for a simple timeline update (about once a week). Our calls and messages were consistently ignored. The only way we were able to get a response was by contacting the home office directly. When we finally did get through to Gabe, he was extremely unprofessional — he chewed me out over the phone, and then hung up on me. All we ever asked for was basic communication: a realistic timeline, and updates if delays occurred. Instead, we were left in the dark and then treated poorly when we tried to get answers. To be fair, the crew who completed the roof and fence work did a good job, and we have no complaints about the quality of their workmanship. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior from the contractor completely overshadowed that. Based on our experience and after reading similar reviews, I would not recommend working with Gabe Gonzales. Communication and professionalism matter, and this experience fell far short of expectations.

  REPEAT CUSTOMER, unfortunately I DO NOT recommend Bold Roofing. Last year in January 2023, my roof was replaced by Gabe and Bold Roofing. This past May 28th, 2024, we endured new damages due to the storms. On May 31st, I called Gabe with Bold Roofing and notified him to please come check our roof. I didn't inform him that the insurance adjuster had already been by and recommended a total roof replacement. Things to consider, I am repeat business, there's no solicitation, and just confirming that a replacement is necessary. A slam dunk in my opinion. Unfortunately, more than 5 attempts as of 6/22/24, I have yet to have Gabe and Bold Roofing check my roof. It's back to the drawing board and interview 3 roofing companies who are ready to do business. Ample opportunities were provided to meet and discuss. Keep in mind, in each attempt an agreed upon time was discussed in which I had to accommodate Bold's window of opportunity and be available for the meet. This is a tedious, frustrating and time consuming process I was trying to avoid. Owner - please don't bother to provide an excuse, I guess business is good and wish you the best of luck. Although, you should value repeat customers as they are already sold with your services. Formulate your own opinion.

  Extremely unprofessional service, I got a quote from someone named Paul and it was all smiles until it got to a point that I was requesting answers in regards to the process, that is when he started acting rude and was not helping me with my questions, so I decided to not continue with them. he sent me a text threatening me and saying that I just wasted his time. Run away from this company.

  Why in the hell do you have sales people calling at 6:30pm??????

  6:30pm is CST is fits in the standard telemarketing window of 5pm-9pm for business to consumer marketing. We do apologize if the phone call came at an inconvenient time of the day. Even though we do not hire or employ telemarketers or call centers, whoever called would not have had they known it was too late for you. Thanks.

  Beware, you can't see in your attic and have to hope these guys do good work. I had them replace my roof and every single one of the 14 vents was done incorrectly, Has been leaking inside my roof ever since. And since i don't go in the attic after a rainstorm, I never checked their work within their timeframe. They did offer to let me pay them again to fix what they didn't do correctly the first time.

  I needed to get my roof done quickly because they found hail damage during the home sale inspection. Bob helped with the insurance claim and got all of the work done before closing. His crew did a great job and cleaned everything up like nobody had been there.

  Insurance told us we needed a new roof, and gave us a few weeks to get it done. We had used Bold Roofing before (and had a good experience), so we called them again. Great experience with Bold Roofing, Bob Stevens and their crew. They got our roof replaced within 2 weeks! And it's looking awesome.
