  Need better employees. Had one cut me and another car off in traffic then he had the nerve to flip me off along with his passenger for honking at him. Last 4 of his plate was 5668. Classy people.

  Very annoyed that their door to door people keep knocking on my screen door then opening it and knocking on the front door and also ringing the door bell after walking past the no soliciting sign, and additional sign over the door bell and even whenspeaking to them that we are working from home and do not disturb they then still come back. They have come back multiple times this month. And one man had the audacity to say he wanted to speak to a man instead of me when I told him to leave the property.

  Absolutely worst customer service I do not recommend. Completely disrespectful, zero integrity. Do not trust them with a project if they treat customers like trash.

  Roofing was done on time and as expected. Interior work was done poorly at first, and I needed to request the work that was approved by insurance actually be done. The estimator did not provide correct photos to our insurance company, delaying the process. Worse after KPost was told the photos were not of the finished work product the error was not caught until I requested the document and reviewed it. Further, I needed to verify all numbers since the estimator made a number of mistakes on the final fees. Even after I caught the first mistakes, no one seem to review the second round of documents. Of course, there were more mistakes.

  Terrible experience...showed up over 4 hours late, quoted and charged for a bundle of shingles (with installation) but only installed 2 + the pipe flashing (over $700). Told me multiple times that I didn't need to be there for the installation (I think you can guess why). It took multiple days to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend doing business with KPost.

  We had our roof at our home in Rowlett damaged in a hail storm. KPost Roofing did an awesome job from start to finish. Nick came out when my Insurance adjuster was here and made that part of the process smooth and painless. Work was scheduled soon after and Jake made sure the crew got the work done so fast, everything was clean and looked fabulous.   Had a leak and Eduardo Chavez came over and quickly identified the problem and what was needed to fix it. In addition he also walked my roof to make sure there were no other issues or problems that could cause problems. Quick response and fair price. Post will be my first call in the future.

  I made a call to KPost to see if he could help with an issue at my house. I didn't realize he was a commercial contractor. I asked if he happened to know of anyone who could help with my issue. He took time out of his day to research and ask several people if they did my kind of work! How many contractors would do that - take their time to help another when there is nothing in it for them. I would highly recommend this company!
