  Leaks, and bad service when it came to repairs. Sloppy, we will get a response maybe after 2 or 3 days. Sent 3 different guys to fix a really bad leak. Then I found where the leak was coming through. I am very far from being a roofer. These renters were paying $3,800 a month for water to spill into the living room for 6 months. My client was on callaway dr in Allen

  Unfortunately, I wish I had a better experience with this company after seeing all the great reviews. Tom Longville came out to inspect my roof. After telling him I needed my attic vented, loose shingles, and a hole repaired, he spent less than 5 minutes inspecting the roof before giving me a quote. While the quote was a fraction of the price of other companies, he insisted I not go through the office, and he would take care of me. He sent two guys out and while they vented the attic, the hole and loose shingles on the roof were not taken care of. After addressing the concern he sent his guys to come back out, they showed up for two minutes, poured a glob of glue on the hole, and ripped the loose shingles off without replacing them and left without saying anything. If I hadn't climbed my roof to inspect whether they did the work or not they pretended they had indeed completed the work. I would advise using a different project manager and making sure the work goes through the office and not Tom and his personal side guys.

  This is a fake review and a lie. On the exact same day they left 1 star reviews for two local roofing contractor and 5 star review for a 3rd roofing company. They had 3 roofs done on the same day? Come on. This needs to be removed clearly they work for the company they gave 5 stars to. The other roofer is complaining about the Google Review abuse as well.

  I called today to ask a simple question and was met with a very rude receptionist who abruptly hung up on me. If you don’t want to work in the service industry, maybe don’t work in the service industry. First impressions matter.

  We just bought a house and had New View Roofing inspect our roof replace all our gutters to 6 in and replace one of the 3 skylights that was cracked. They also helped us replace the downspout on either side of our house that were blocked and needed to be replaced. Otherwise they overflowed when it rained and the water had nowhere to go but on the brick exterior. Very fast turnaround. Very professional, responsive, and well priced. Thank you Pat and Nick for all your help.

  overall good experience. first time we used them, it was extremely seamless - fair price, quick response, etc. 2nd time we called them, we had some issues with responsiveness for weeks, but after getting in touch with a new person (pat kenny), it was a great experience and they even made up for the lack of responsiveness by negotiating a great deal.

  These guys got me out of a fix and fast, specifically Pat Kenny. We were in a fix with some urgently needed flat roof work, and Pat came out within an hour of our call, had a scope and quote to us by the end of the day, and managed to prioritize us on the schedule. He also went above and beyond with repair reports and photos. Great communication, very prompt, just a great experience all around.

  Exceptional Service & True Honesty! I highly recommend New View Roofing for all your roofing needs. They replaced my roof 2 years ago and did an amazing job, but their recent service blew me away. I called them recently about a couple of new issues. Even though the problems were not directly related to their previous work, they lived up to their lifetime warranty without hesitation. They were incredibly quick to respond and resolve everything. James Cornhoff has been absolutely great to work with. He is fast to reply and always ensures issues are resolved quickly and correctly. Also, a huge shout out to Hugo for being so professional and friendly while working on-site. It is rare to find a company with this level of honesty that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely use them again!
