  Cold call spam calling. I don't appreciate being bothered on my cell phone. There is no reason to cold call people in 2026 and bother them. People are plenty capable of googling roofing companies when in need, but no, instead they employ cheap sales tactics disguised as "help".

  Blue hammer, completing a job in my neighborhood, allowing trash to blow all over the streets and into our pond. The project manager’s only response to me was that he couldn’t control the wind while his team sat around and smoked cigarettes. Very disappointing blue hammer. It has been 4+ hours and your trash is still floating in our pond. Added photos this time. I will pick it up for you. Because blue hammer can’t control the wind and won’t control their trash.

  These people will knock on ur door after weeks of constantly telling them to notreturn to your property, the “roofers” are rude as all get out when u tell them to leave the property. I will never ever use these people or recommend them to anyone. It is a waste of everyone’s time to be coming to peoples property.

  Blue hammer did a full roof and put our vent caps on wrong. It burnt up our water heater. Nobody would answer a call or reach out on how to fix it.

  I used their services in 2021 after hurricane Ida and they did a decent job inspecting and replacing my roof, but they are way overpriced. They brought more than necessary materials through a loan blue hammer made me get and said for all the materials that would be unused they would pick back up and reimburse me for it. Instead they left the materials for over a year causing them to be unusable and never came back or even a curtesy call to make sure the roof held up or even if they clean up all the leftover materials. I’m still finding nails in my lawn to this day, 4 years after I got my roof replaced. I wish I had the photos for prove but the representative was so nice I didn’t think they would treat me like this in anyway.

  I think this company only has high ratings because most do not understand insurance and the repair process. I have an insurance claim and I let them replace my roof. I supplemented and reconciled my claim with the insurance company myself and also got the insurance company to add GCO&P for the general contractor to help with scheduling the repairs. This company (Blue Hammer Roofing) believes they suppose to get the GCO&P for the roof portion. No, the GC gets the O&P for the entire claim. The contract with this company clearly states the RCV amount for the roof and it does not include the GCO&P amount. They are too comfortable claiming insurance proceeds they are not owed, which makes me believe this maybe a common practice. Blue Hammer called Allstate insurance to tell me to pay them the GCO&P on the roof. Allstate insurance manager stated I can not profit from the insurance claim, but agreed if I completed the repairs on the roof myself that I will be owed the RCV total. I told Allstate I am my own GC. Profiting from the claim is what Blue Hammer is trying to do by claiming work they did not complete. Profiting from the claim is claiming payment for work you did not complete. I worked as my own GC, so I am owed the GCO&P. Stay away from this company, please and Allstate Insurance too.

  Paul Bean was the Project Manager for my roof install and I cannot say enough kind things about him. With me being a first time homeowner and this being my first major repair, I was concerned and hesitant about filing an insurance claim. Paul took the time to educate me not only on the claims process but on roofs in general, enabling me to make an informed decision and follow through with the claim. He always made himself available if I had any questions or issues. He was able to maintain the delicate balance of being both personable & professional. I'm not sure I would've went through with the claim if he hadn't displayed such candid and sincere attributes. He went beyond great customer security and made me feel like family. Tanya Case was the Project Coordinator. She was kind, helpful and patient. She ensured the project went smoothly despite several potential disruptions (i.e. HOA approval, check endorsements, etc). She handled all the paperwork, I didn't have to do anything. I truly feel like it was her intent to make the process as easy as possible and take as much off my plate as I was willing to give up. Tanya was thorough and checked in with me regularly with updates or to see if I needed any assistance. She also kept the rest of the team informed in the group chat. Anytime anyone mentioned anything in the group chat, whether comment or question, Tanya always responded. Cesar Arroyo was the Quality Control Manager that oversaw my roof installation. He was a very effective communicator and provided very detailed updates complete with photos and videos throughout the entire process. He and the crew arrived on time and began my project promptly. They started around 6AM and remarkably, we were doing the attic inspection by noon. They were so efficient, that upon completion, you wouldn't have even known that an entire crew had been here and my entire roof had been sprayed across my lawn- they cleaned up every nail.   Blue hammer roofing was very professional and very personable through the entire process. Arron was very helpful with getting things handled with insurance and the project team coordinated. Cesar and his crew came on time on the day of installation and was very mindful of us coming and going from our home. He also updated us every step of the way.   From start to finish this was a breeze. Jianko Bienes and his team was phenomenal. On the day of the roof install I had Cesar Arroyo and his team show up exactly when they planned to, prep the entire outside of my home to have the roof replaced. Through the ENTIRE DAY of the install Cesar would send me by text, photos and videos of the step by step process of exactly what they were doing. The team cleaned up around the house after install. Again, from start to finish this process was amazing. Call blue hammer and ask for Jianko!

  Blue Hammer roofing replaced my roof. Cesar and his crew were absolutely amazing. I received pic’s from start to finish, I received text explaining the pic’s. The clean up was 10 out of 10.   Oscar and his team were outstanding at helping me get my new roof. Loved all the updates and technology they used for the updates. Love the new roof too. They even repaired the wooden parts of the fireplace and painted it. My only complaint is that they said they would clean my solar panels while they were off the roof, but the solar panels were not clean when they put them back on. I called and they said they did spray some cleaner. They may have sprayed, but no physical cleaning was done. My only complaint, but the roof was great. I would use them again, but clean my own panels when they were off the roof.

  Blue Hammer far exceeded any expectations. They replaced my roof approximately four years ago. We are now selling our home and the buyer and inspector asked for a roof tune up. Within says they sent a crew and did an excellent job at no charge. Jerry, the project manager, was incredible as was everyone else. I would definitely use them again. Excellent company to work with.

  A friend recommended Blue Hammer, and we are so happy he did. The crew that came early in the morning, worked at maximum efficiency, and were gone by mid-afternoon leaving behind a spotless work area and a beautiful new roof. We anticipated having to leave the house while the work was being done, but we stayed and watched with amazement how fast and well everything was being done. In addition, the Blue Hammer rep, Mikos, was available to us at all times, including weekends for our questions.
