  Horrible! They lied to FEMA by telling them Helene did not mess up our roof, which was the BIGGEST lie. They have caused us all kinds of problems when we watched as the winds ripped our shingles off our house and blew our 10x20 building over the mountain. I would never trust these people. He was so nice at first but really messed us over.

  Our objective is always to provide a clear, accurate and honest estimate based on facts. We evaluated your roof and confirmed that no storm damage was present at the time of our inspection. We have documentation and photos to support this assessment. Additionally, our follow-up records show later had a family friend that was completing the work at a lower cost. Our goal is to always help our clients but we do not participate in or support any form of fraud, and we stand behind the evaluation of our company.

  I had them come and give me a quote. It took so long (for the quote) I just paid someone out of pocket to do the work rather than have the insurance company take care of the work.

  Review Response: The appointment email we send in bold states allow 7-10 business days for estimates to be sent out. This is our standard and is in the information we send upfront when the appointment is set with a CRM system that shows every interaction we have with our clients as well as when the email is opened by the client. The communication was clear and detailed. Details as follows: Called in 10/10/22 9:57 AM Appointment: 10/11/22 3 PM Email from client wanting update : 10/12/22 Office Manager Response: Our goal is 7-10 business days Client Response: “TY” Estimate sent 10/21/22 - 8 Business Days from appointment date.

  We first hired best roofing to inspect our roof, they we thorough and very easy to work with when they were done we decided to purchase a new roof and they applied the inspection cost towards the new roof. Pricing was fair and our roof looks great. Very happy customer!

  Roofing people showed up early and didn't quit until the job was done. Contractor explained clearly what services would be performed. Took pictures and explained what the roofers found after the job was done. He explained the costs on the estimate and didn't sneak in surprise costs after the job was done. Great bunch of guys. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

  Very personable, and flexible enough to make changes wherever suitable. Very professional as well, promptly answering questions by email text or phone. Completed job in a timely fashion. The workers were polite and professional the job coordinator amazing !! thanks !! for a great job. Well done.

  I had soffit and gutter damage that needed repair. I was kept well informed throughout the process and all staff interaction was professional and friendly. Great experience!

  We had a great experience with BDM. Eric, lance and Dee were our installers. They were prompt and professional in interactions with us and other subcontractors. We also had a good experience with management. We would recommend BDM! In addition to our gutter installation, they also installed our home siding!

  Best is the Best! They recently replaced the roof on my mothers house. They showed up when they said they would. They were courteous and respected some special requests she had. They finished the job in 3 days and this was not an easy roof. They also left the site cleaner than they found it. Dusty was one top of everything! Mom even made some new friends!
