Coastal weather up near the beach had taken a real toll on our office building’s flat roof over the years. Got a couple quotes that were just wild, but VA Flat Roofers gave us a fair price and actually explained where the water was creeping in under the edges. The crew showed up early, knocked out the patch and seam resealing in two days, and dropped photos of the completed work straight to my phone. Zero leaks since through two heavy coastal storms.
