  They harass me with texts offering services on my 4 year old roof. When I do need roofing services I specifically will not go with them due to the harassment that’s already happening.

However, I believe there may be some confusion regarding the company that contacted you. We periodically receive calls and reviews from people who have been contacted by other businesses with similar names, but Utah Roofing & Exteriors does not use mass text campaigns to solicit work. In fact, we are not currently running any advertising campaigns, and customer relationships are built primarily through referrals and repeat business. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and I remain personally involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Would you be willing to double-check the sender of the text message you received? It may have come from a different company, such as "Utah Roofing" or another similarly named business.   This company was a customer service nightmare for the entire process. I was scheduled a few times with delays due to weather. No one ever bothered to communicate cancellations. I'd have to call and ask if they were coming just to hear I'd been cancelled again. Once they started installing, they did it during heavy rains causing water to start pouring into my kitchen through a light fixture. I paid to have all decking replaced and had to catch them trying to replace just a few panels and get them to correct it. They didn't bother telling me I needed to remove the swamp cooler vent and ended up pushing it through the ceiling onto my floor creating a huge hole in the ceiling I had to pay someone else to fix. There are also holes in my flooring after the vent crashed into the floor with no warning. They consistently failed to show up when they said they would and calls went unreturned. One time, they did show up while I was waiting for them, parked in the parking lot across the street and then just drove away. I did finally insist on talking to the owner at the end of the install. He apologized profusely but it it bothers me that the reason I chose this company was the good reviews. I think people need to know what this company was really like. In the end, I have a new roof but the process was horrible and I think I could have gotten a less expensive roof with less hassle from a different company.

  Called on June 22 to request estimate for new rain gutters. Were very nice on the phone. Gave address and details about project and was promised an emailed estimate by June 23rd. When I hadn’t received estimate by June 27th, called and left a message. As of June 29th, haven’t received call back or estimate.

  This is the second roof we have done with Utah Roofing and Ryan. He is great to work with. Both jobs came out perfect, on time at budget. No drama. We will use them again when the next one needs a roof.

  Ryan and his team are excellent - they replaced our roof quickly, on budget, and their communication was timely! It’s worth noting that Ryan didn’t disappear after the bid, he was available throughout the process and was happy to answer questions and talk through options. Highly recommend Utah Roofing and Exteriors

  The team did an excellent job! Very detail oriented, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what we asked for! Couldn’t be happier with their work. We had them do all the lap siding, stucco panels, and battens on our renovation project and it looks fantastic.

  I would highly recommend Utah Roofing and Exteriors. They installed my rain gutters on a quick timeline and for the exact quoted amount without any surprise fees. The installation itself was finished on time and they used high quality materials. I am very happy with the final results.

  We just bought our first house and needed some work on the fascia and soffits that had been left exposed for 40 years. Keith came by and gave us a great quote and advice on what would work best. He was clear on what the work would entail and answered any questions that we had. The quote was cheaper then most of the other bids we received. The work only took a day and a half to install the new facia and soffits, and also to replace the gutters. The workers were quick and courteous. I had a great experience with Utah roofing & exteriors and would use them again.

  My house was a difficult project. It’s nearly a hundred years old. Utah Roofing and Exteriors were fantastic. There were unexpected complications due to the age of the house that extended the timeline for completion, but they were very communicative about why things were going to take longer than expected. I’m absolutely satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend to anyone who needs roof repair.
