  I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy doing there roof with this company. For the price you can get better quality else where.

  I tried to hire them but they were not willing to consider the replacement of my garage roof. My detached garage suffered wind damage in one of the recent storms. My insurance adjuster had drafted an estimate and issued a payment to me for replacing the entire roof. Even though I explained this was to be a complete replacement of a detached building, the Shingle Pro staff person said "we only do the entire house". With no information on the size of my garage or the adjuster's estimate, they were unwilling to consider the job.

  Larry, we are currently involved in several large jobs and are not working on anything smaller than a full house. Sorry we couldn't help.

  Company refused to do an estimate on just doing the back patio portion of my roof. They said they "weren't set up to do 'smaller jobs'," and that they "couldn't provide an adequate level of customer service for smaller jobs." Absurd. Inane. …

  I'm so sorry we couldn't help you and that you felt we weren't interested in your project. We didn't explain in enough detail the reason why we don't do smaller jobs or repairs. We have large expert crews that specialize in full re-roofs, it's how our company is set up, and our business model. We simply don't have small crews or the time to provide proper customer service for repairs without spreading ourselves too thin. Customer service and quality is our top priority and our reputation reflects that. I consider it very serious if someone has a bad experience when interacting with my company, customer or not. I wish I could change your view of my company. I do see how it could be frustrating when you find a highly rated company and they don't do that specific sort of job. If you have a hard time finding someone to do the job I'm happy to refer you to one of the roofing companies we know of that do repairs and smaller jobs.   Had a great experience with shingles Pros including getting an onsite quote which was very reasonable (and better quality than other companies that don’t have as high of quality supplies or pull permits). I also appreciated help with finding shingles that would complement my house color. Work was professional, detailed and turned out beautifully!

  We loved working with Jason and Kim from an administrative standpoint! Both answered my questions quickly and completely. The workers themselves were absolutely phenomenal, very polite and courteous, as well as patient with our toddler wanting to see everything they were up to. When we were picking our contractors after collecting quotes, Shingle Pro was the only group to provide the level of thoroughness we were looking for.

  I am glad I went with Shingle Pro. Jason was honest and upfront during the estimating process. The best part was he set expectations and they stuck to them from scheduling to final inspection. The crew was very respectful of our property and made sure to leave the site clean each evening. It was well coordinated and executed from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

  Shingle Pro Roofing is top notch. They use superior products like heavy gauge drip edge and Certainteed shingles, etc. You get 160 mph wind rating because of how the shingles are installed and an incredible warranty. Their crew are all great guys, especially Camilo, the crew foreman. His carpentry work is fantastic, and he's a super nice guy. Jason and Kim, the owners, are upfront about everything and really care about customer satisfaction. I'm very happy I chose them to replace my roof.

  Would go with Shingle Pro 100% of the time. I got three bids kind of all in the same ballpark, but Jasen at Shingle Pro was the only one to take the time to come out and climb up to take a look at the roof. He gave me an estimate same-day and explained their process and warranty. His team was so kind and professional during the roof replacement process and there was clear communication throughout from both Jasen and Kim, in the office. The roof looks amazing and I’m so pleased and confident with the quality of the work.
