  Didn’t hear from anybody after calling. Either they are too busy or don’t really care to put up roofs.

  They never returned my call

  I apologize that you never received a call back from our company. I spent a while searching through all of our phone records for the last several weeks from our answering service who takes our overflow and after hours calls (we don't use voicemail) and I can't find record of a call from you, so there must have been a technical glitch that didn't get the call to us. If there is anything we can do to make this right, let us know.

  The process was professional and prompt from the start. Everything was completed as promised. Everyone we dealt with was polite and friendly. Would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for roof work.

  I have seen Whitaker Roofing working throughout the Salt Lake Valley for the past 25 years on homes, businesses,and apartment complexes.When it came my time to get my roof done I called Whitaker Roofing.Heber came out the next day and looked at my roof and I told him what I would like done.He sent me an estimate via email within 48 hours.The price was right so I called the front office and Juli helped me get on the schedule within 2 weeks.The day of the job Greg, Alphonso,and Nathan showed up on time and ready to work.The weather was 100 degrees and the air was smokey from all the wildfires but they stayed on the roof and worked hard all day.They finished on schedule.When you need your roof replaced or repaired there is only one company and that is Whitaker Roofing!

  First off, I'd like to mention that when they say they'll show up at 7:00am, they SHOW UP at 7:00am on the button!! Javier and his crew did an amazing job on replacing the shingles on our house and garage. They took extra care in keeping the debris to a minimum, and they cleaned up the areas at the end of each day. Javier was also VERY conscientious about ALL of my concerns, and took care of EVERY issue I brought up, and even took pictures to show me that he had taken care of EVERYTHING that I mentioned. We got three bids, and Whitaker was not only the most reasonable, but Heber made some pertinent suggestions in regards to adding some VERY necessary vents that the other two bidders didn't even bother to mention. If you want a professional and thorough job done on YOUR roof, I would HIGHLY recommend Whitaker!! From start to finish, nothing but smooth sailing!! Thanks Whitaker, and THANK YOU Javier and crew!! AAAAA+++++
